Mark did an excellent job from start to finish, assessing the job and completing it. He made a wonderful job of cleaning two high pile, pure wool, cream, genuine Moroccan Berber rugs and restored my stair carpet which was badly stained by a coffee spill two days earlier. All at very reasonable cost. I would recommend Mark to anyone for his reliability, his diligence and, above all, his competence and professionalism. He will be my "go to" person in future.
