*Customer Feedback* He shorted out the electricity while repairing the oven and blew the PCB on our printer. After making contact with the repair man he now denies all responsibility for the damage and blames us for not having anti surge protection. *Traders Reply* I am sorry to learn that you think I have caused damage to your printer while repairing your oven. I am not accepting responsibility for your damaged printer, I don't agree that tripping the RCD would cause damage to other electrical equipment as it would defeat the purpose of the Residual Current Device. Before starting work on the oven, I switched off the isolator switch for the oven and when I put it back on after completing the repair there was no power and was told that the main RCD had tripped. I then tested all the components on the oven to see if there was any other fault and found all to be ok. I did not do any work on the domestic electrical supply as this does not enter the scope of my activities. In my opinion the printer developed a fault on its own accord, just by chance while I was there, due to the fact that it was not on a surge protector device. Multiple minor surges happen every day and can shorten the life considerably to any electronic circuit board causing them to fail prematurely.

The fault with our dishwasher was identified and repaired efficiently without any mess. The cost was reasonable and in accordance with the quotation.

Vic replaced the seal on my washer/dryer very efficiently. He made two visits - the first to assess the problem and the second to put it right. He is a thoroughly nice man and I am happy to recommend him.

Would highly recommend this whites good repair man. I am a tight Geordie who does not like parting with his money, however this guy knows his stuff about dishwashers and I'm guessing whatever else you have! My dishwasher had a jammed heat pump propeller which he sorted within the hour thanks again Vic.

Rang Mr Walters first thing in morning about broken oven door. I got a prompt reply and arranged to call same day at 4 pm. The door was fixed and everything cleaned with sterilised wipes. A very good professional service.

Mr Walters was able to slot me in for a visit following a cancellation that morning, and found him very professional and gave me some very useful tips on how to properly remove bacteria from the machine. Will use them again, and have already recommended him to friends and family.
