From start to finish the quote and works carried out to a high standard. Drew managed to take a look at the conifer removal job while I was at work and send me a quote. The team arrived on the day and time as expected, and carried out the work to a high professional standard. They worked efficiently and got the job done with the minimum of disruption. The guys who turned up were nice and polite, offered advice on another potential tree job and will quote me in due course. Would recommend and use again.

I have had Drew, Ross and their team to carry out tree and hedge works several times over the years. I think this statement and 'very satisfied' says it all. Maple pruned and Sycamore pollarded this time plus 2 rows of Conifers trimmed back. Looking at the site today you wouldn't know that they had been apart from the actual works as all the waste was removed. Quality job, well done. Highly recommended.
This review is from November 2023. I needed almost a full garden clearance including removal of several trees. Having used Drew's team many times before I was confident they would do a good job. Very pleased with the outcome given the size of the job and the time of year! Will definitely use them again.

Tree Huggers halved the height of, and trimmed, our three huge conifers and did a fantastic job. Fast, efficient and very tidy clearing all the mess behind them. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent service. The team arrived on time, with four workers. They set about the work in a professional manner and kept me informed as they worked. After 3 non-stop hours, the work was finished and 5 trees now look well pruned and looked after. I have every confidence in recommending this company.

I can't praise these guys enough, we quickly got a quote, and lots of free advice on the first visit, agreed a date to carry out the work. The guys turned up on time, they worked hard through some horrendous weather, snow sleet and freezing cold. At all times they were courteous, professional, and kept on task. What struck me about the team was that they were sympathetic to the look of the garden, shaping trees and bushes in a way that enhanced the look, these are not your regular hackers. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and we will be having them back later this year. Thanks guys.

We have been particularly impressed with the expertise and professionalism shown by Drew and the Tree Hugger team. After taking out some troublesome conifers in our front garden a few months ago, Drew sourced some new shrubs for us and came round personally to plant them out for us on a Sunday, now that's commitment for you! We would highly recommend this business - their knowledge of trees and general garden maintenance is very impressive, and it is very rare to find a trader these days who keeps up communications with you without having to be chased all the time.
