Our customers include Peak District National Park Authority and Derbyshire County Council as well as local hotels and our many private clients. Our employees have been DBS checked and we are registered waste carriers. We also undertake CCTV drain surveys, drain repairs, installation of drains, treatment plants, septic tanks and soakaways.

Very prompt and speedy response to the issue. Alec found out the problem within 30 minutes and came back within a few days to make the necessary repairs. It was very easy to contact County Drains during the process by phone, text or email. The repair was thorough and robust, and the re-laying of the patio area was very neatly done. County Drains have twice carried out work on our ancient 1874 property with complex land and cellar drains which run a long distance out to the Wye and have been giving us problems for several decades. He doesn't give up, when others might and he is up to his ears almost in freezing water. I know he is recommended by many of my friends in the local community here in Buxton - and certainly by me! Considering the time spent and the difficulties I'd say a very reasonable cost as well. And much less mess than I expected. A big thank you to Alec and the lads.

We would like to say how much we appreciate the outstanding work that Alec and Shane did for us on Wednesday. They had a difficult start due to the flat tyre but worked tirelessly all day. It seemed a miracle that they overcame all the difficulties and left us with an excellent working drain. They were friendly, thoughtful, competent and industrious. They are one of the very best businesses that have ever worked at our house. We were delighted with the service from County Drains. We had a partial blockage of a domestic sewer pipe. County Drains accurately located the site of the problem, found two hidden manholes that gave better access and cleared the blockage - all for a very reasonable fee. We will certainly use them again.
