My wife had a problem with her wheelchair. I phoned The Mobility One Stop Shop to find out if they could repair it. When I had described the problem, they told me they'd seen it before and, rather than have me make the 50 mile round trip to see them, gave me clear, full and concise instructions on how to rectify the problem. They also assured me that, in the event of me not being able to fix it, they would. I followed their instructions and the wheelchair is now fully
serviceable. Customer service of the highest quality!
Visited this shop to find some mobility aids for a friend, I found the attitude of the owner very aggressive and condescending never listened to my requests for details and information and talked over me he was more concerned with calling other suppliers in the area then finding out what I was trying to achieve. I found his prices extremely expensive compared to the other shop I had visited that morning in the area who were very friendly and far more approachable.
Such welcoming, informative staff. Nothing was too much trouble and
ok a great interest in my needs. A great pleasure to deal with a
company with genuine heart! Had no doubt in recommending to all my
friends.
I have been thinking about having a mobility scooter for a while and on 12.5.2019 I visited Dobbies at Chesterfield and Pete Kirk was
ever so helpful he let me try 3 scooters out, I've never been on one before and he explained everything to me. Then he showed me and my
husband how to disable the scooter and put it back together again, it didn't matter how many times my husband kept putting it back together again then disabling it again. Then Pete said go and try it in your car to see if it fits. I said I will wait with you while he goes
Pete said no you go with him. Can't believe how much trust he put in us never met us before then we brought it home then. Yesterday we
went to pay remaining money for it. Thank you very much Pete Kirk for all your help and trust in us. I will certainly be recommending you to other people thank you
I like to deal at this mobility shop as I trust them and they give good aftercare on their goods.
