My wife had a problem with her wheelchair. I phoned The Mobility One Stop Shop to find out if they could repair it. When I had described the problem, they told me they'd seen it before and, rather than have me make the 50 mile round trip to see them, gave me clear, full and concise instructions on how to rectify the problem. They also assured me that, in the event of me not being able to fix it, they would. I followed their instructions and the wheelchair is now fully serviceable. Customer service of the highest quality!
Such welcoming, informative staff. Nothing was too much trouble and ok a great interest in my needs. A great pleasure to deal with a company with genuine heart! Had no doubt in recommending to all my friends.
