I'm very pleased I chose MCL Property Services to carry out my roof tile and gutter repairs. Martin was friendly and knowledgeable when he came promptly to assess the repair and he identified the broken and cracked roof tiles and leaking gutter union joint. He clearly explained what needed to be done and I accepted his quote that was a reasonable and fair price. He sourced some reclaimed roman roof tiles to blend in with existing tiles and carried out the work efficiently to a high standard. I was impressed that he checked the replaced gutter union joint to check it was watertight before finishing. Martin came round promptly to review the job, provided a fair quote and then managed to fit in our roof repair within a week, working around the forecast wet weather. Martin came out promptly to give a quote for replacing a gutter on my house. He discussed the various options for guttering with me and provided a quote in good time. Built a concrete shed base for me. Very friendly and made sure that I understood exactly what I would be getting and what the job would involve.
Martin and his colleague came promptly as arranged. They erected safety scaffolding and removed and replaced old and new guttering with additional down pipe. They demonstrated to me afterwards by testing the new installation to my satisfaction. They cleared the working area of all debris etc. Great guys, great work and at a fair price. I rang up on the morning of the 10th February after experiencing storm damage over the weekend. Although explaining they were extremely busy, Martin had called round and given me a quote within 3 hours and said he would try and fit the work in on the Thursday and Friday. He gave me a full explanation of what was required and the job was completed by Friday afternoon. They even replaced some roof tiles that had cracked. I couldn't be happier at the job they have done and wouldn't hesitate in using them again. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
Got to thank Martin for coming at very short notice to mend tiles on our neighbours roof that scammers had broken. He also replaced broken chimney pots that had been left at the back of chimney stack with new ones. Martin did this in very inclement weather. Our neighbours were grateful for him turning out at short notice and very satisfied with the job.
Martin came out same day. Looked at the job the joists had rotted badly in the living room water had been seeping in over the years and it had become dangerous. Martin came back the next day and quickly replaced all the rotted woodwork and repaired the hole in less than a day. Very happy with his work.

Very quick response to my phone call regarding leaking gutter and came within the hour. Repair was done quickly but due to issues with joining to neighbour's gutter, it isn't clear yet whether repair will fully solve the problem. Happy with service provided.
