Steve of Crest Electrics has been very helpful in very quickly sourcing, procuring and installing a difficult to find bathroom light fitting to replace my faulty one. He has been punctual each time he has called. He fully explained everything he was doing and has given very helpful advice to me. I consider his charge to be very reasonable and I shall not hesitate to contact him again if further electrical work is required.

Steve arrived 10 minutes early. Examined circuit breaker, pull switch and replacement shower I had purchased and outlined clearly work required. Potential dangerous wiring found and rectified. Quite a large job replacing shower, as although same brand, replacement was different dimensions and a higher wattage than previous, which had been tiled into the wall, which caused issues with removing it. In hindsight I would have been better allowing Steve to supply as well as fit the replacement shower and he could have got it much cheaper than the price I paid. New shower and rail fitted and shower tested. Then even cleaned up after the works completed. Fair price charged. I would have no hesitation in using Crest Electrics again.
Steve was courteous and respectful through all our correspondence and did a fantastic job.
Steve is a brilliant electrician, everything he does is to the highest standard and over the numerous times he has been to our house for jobs the results have been perfect. He has fitted ceiling spotlights, reconnected a hob, outdoor lights and partial rewiring for us and it has all been great and very reasonably priced. He not only does the job he has been asked to do, but ensures everything supporting it is in place, reliable, up to date and safe so all the work he has done lasts really well. The appearance of it all is perfect and has really enhanced our home. He is always punctual and fits us in as soon as he can, he is honest and informative about the state of your electrics and never overcharges. I will only use Steve for my electrics, as do my mum and aunt, as we have trust in what he does and have never been let down, he is fantastic.
