I highly recommend Wayne from Washercare Limited. He has just fitted a new dishwasher for me. He recommended one with a 5-year guarantee. He sourced it and arrived to fit it almost immediately (almost - because I wasn't available immediately). He was most respectful of my carpets and surrounding furniture, decommissioned the old dishwasher, fitted the new one, cleaned behind the kitchen plinths, helped me to register the guarantee, explained the operating instructions and took away my old machine + packaging materials. He just got on with the job, didn't complain about anything and was a pleasure to have in my home.

Wayne did a grand job in double-quick time! I rang to request a washing machine repair to a 7 year old machine, he replied promptly and we discussed the various costs of a repair vs a new machine. I called him again next day to say we had decided to have a new machine, which he delivered the day after and which didn't take him long to install. We'd certainly recommend him.
Rang Washercare and spoke to Wayne as my oven had broken just after Xmas, grill had been broken for a while. Wayne came out within two days, even offered to come out New Years Day, examined the oven/grill and managed to fix it but did advise it may not last long. I decided it better in the long run to have a new cooker. Wayne sauced a replacement and came back 5 days later to install it. Wayne is a very pleasant man, very efficient tidy worker and charges are very good. I would definitely advise giving Wayne a call if you have any problem with a washer, drier or cooker. I'd rate Washercare 10/10.
Wayne is absolutely brilliant he fixed our washer a couple of months ago. We decided we needed a dishwasher and he fitted it a couple of days later, he is so conscious about his work and made sure it was fitted just right. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The short-notice service by Wayne on my >25 yr old Bosch washing machine was excellent. Initially over the phone he suggested a short range of issues based on my comments. We agreed the ?20 call-out
fee and he came on the same afternoon, then quickly confirmed that it was indeed resulting from his first-thought cause. Rather than
replace the machine we agreed to a repair, which quickly solved the problem. Wayne was efficient, prompt, polite, and reasonable on price - Most certainly to be recommended.

Phoned Wayne yesterday concerning my washing machine. He came early this morning and by 8.10am I had a new machine installed! Very
prompt, efficient and friendly service and a very fair price. This is the second time I have used Washercare and highly recommend them.
Absolutely fantastic service from Wayne at Washercare. In less than 24 hours of my contacting Wayne for his advice about a replacement for my Samsung washer, he delivered and installed a brilliant 9kg Bosch, which also has the benefit of a promotional 5 years full
manufacturer's warranty. He arrived well after 6pm and stayed until the washer was installed in quite a tricky position and ensured that everything was working perfectly. Wayne also explained to us how
various programmes worked and he was friendly, polite and clearly a professional working at the top of his trade. We can recommend Wayne and his services very highly.
They did an amazing job for helping me to install the dishwasher, which is very tricky for our case because the gas pipe and electric socket need re-fitting. He came to our home for consultation to suggest an approach first, then we confirmed with them our decision
after considering all the options. Wayne then scheduled a date a certified gas engineer to fix everything and install the machine. They cleaned everything after finishing the job. Charge is reasonable and they are very easy to work with. Very nice, very professional. They offered us an excellent solution to solve the problem. Highly
recommended.

Contacted Wayne on Monday morning after our dishwasher stopped
working. Within 24 hours he had sourced a replacement and fitted it. Finished the job by cleaning the area and realigning the cupboard doors. He even took the old one away. First class service . Would highly recommend.
Wayne was excellent. He came and looked at our washing machine at a time that suited us, and was very responsive and professional
throughout. Unfortunately we did need a new washing machine, but Wayne had excellent product knowledge, listened to our concerns and sourced one at a competitive price which met our needs. Wayne repaired our integrated washer dryer. The service we received was excellent he completed the repair and whilst the washer was being tested after the repair, he very kindly adjusted the doors on the adjacent units so they closed properly at no extra cost? He takes great pride in his workmanship and the price charged was very
reasonable.
Wayne responded immediately to my wife's email about our washing
machine. He called the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was necessary to replace the machine with an up to date equivalent
model which he had in his van. This was fitted straightaway and is working perfectly. We are delighted with the way in which our problem was resolved and we would thoroughly recommend Wayne. Many thanks to

Wayne came to look at our dishwasher last year and our washer this last weekend. On both occasions he made a fast appointment, and

I wanted to share how great a service we had from Wayne at
washercare. Our old integrated fridge broke down and I called Wayne to seek advice and he recommended a specific new fridge and said he would obtain it and fit it the next day. He arrived spot on time and was extremely professional and helpful in removing the old one and installing the new one which was a complicated process. So grateful to Wayne for managing to fix the dryer on our washing

I read the reviews for Wayne from Washercare and thought they were
too good to be true, but they were totally accurate! My washer had an intermittent electrical fault and Wayne gave me advice over the
phone, and was honest about his ability to fix it. He could have come and charged me a call-out fee, but he didn't. He suggested that it
would be cheaper to get the socket checked by an electrician. He followed up the call to see if the fault was sorted. Great service.

My washer failed during lockdown. I contacted Washercare, they came the next day and did the repair as promised. Very good, wiped
everywhere down, a good efficient job.
I contacted Wayne to request an oven repair after moving house and acquiring a range cooker with two ovens that didn't seem to work. Wayne advised me to investigate whether the cooker's timer and clock were correctly set as he suspected that was the cause of the problem and that a repair was unnecessary, and he was right. He could easily have taken advantage, taken the job and collected his fee, but
instead demonstrated his integrity and gave me honest advice that
enabled me to get the ovens working. Hugely impressed by this and will certainly be back with future business. Thank you!
I have bought a number of appliances from Washercare for both myself and my mother in the last few years. I have been given excellent

Excellent. Came out day after I rang with a problem. Gave the option of a repair, or new machine fitted to replace the old. I went for a new machine and he fitted it 3 days later in less than one and a half hours. All mess cleaned and old machine taken. Would thoroughly

We used Washercare Ltd for the first time today - to carry out a repair to an 11 year old washing machine. This was completed
promptly, efficiently and effectively, with a minimal amount of fuss. We were kept informed from what the repair would entail, the options available to us if required and the cost. Most importantly, the
focus was on completing a viable repair, rather than on any 'hard sell' to purchase a new machine. This was much appreciated.

Quite a time ago Washercare had fixed my washer for free over the phone. This time they visited at lunchtime on the day I called.
Repair of very old broken drum would have cost more than a new
machine. Gave me prices if I wished them to supply and fit a replacement, giving both budget and quality options. No pressure sell and at this point they were going to leave and let me to think things over. However I say "go for it" and had a new washer fixed and working the same day, plus old one removed. Without being asked they also did a thorough clean of the space when the old machine had been disconnected and improved the routing of the flexible pipework when plumbing in the new washer. A year later the new machine
continues to work fine.
I rarely feedback on services but this one is excellent. I called Wayne and he was here at 7am perfect for work/school run the next day to fix my washing machine. Diagnosed, fixed and tidied up within 40 mins. Really brilliant with the two excited children who were
buzzing around him the whole time! Would highly recommend and I now have an honest, reliable, and efficient contact!!
Wayne was very efficient coming the day after I phoned. I trusted him completely following his advice to repair my 13 year old
dishwasher rather then buying a new one. Cleaned up well and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
We had used Wayne four years previously to repair our integrated
dishwasher and, as then, he was probably the only one to come out to our 12-year old integrated washing machine without any pre-
conditions. He was able to diagnose the problem and the following day offered both repair or replacement options. We opted for a repair and it was carried out a few days later with minimum fuss. Have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.
