*Customer Feedback* I am extremely 2 with John and AJH Tiling. He refused to come out do quote me and instead quoted me by text message. How he could know what the job involved without seeing it first is beyond me. Then, when I asked for photographs of his previous work, he turned nasty and said he's been tiling for 20 years and I think he can't tile my kitchen? Then he told me to find someone else to do my tiling, which I have. I would not recommend this tradesman to anybody wanting a professional tiler. Disgusting for a so-called trusted trader. *Traders Reply* When this customer rang me we both agreed that I would give him a quote over the phone. This because of the 80min round trip and it being a very small job. Pictures were sent and the job was discussed at great length. On the eve of the job I received numerous phone calls and texts from the customer the last one being very insulting and sharp. It being SUNDAY the only day I get to spend with my family I didn't reply until the evening. This causing the insulting nature of the last text. So yes I did tell him to find another tiler. No trader should have to endure insults over the phone by clients especially on a Sunday.
We can highly recommend John. He came when he said he would, gave us a very reasonable quote and carried out an excellent job. A pleasure to have around.

John has completed retiling our kitchen in a most professional and workman like manner. He arrived on time and ensured the work area was clean and tidy at the end of each day. He takes great pride in his work and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.
Clearly a professional, which is demonstrated by the quality of work produced for me. John assisted us in some of the options for tile layout in the rooms as we have seriously wonky wall angles. Good communication. Clear and reasonable pricing. I will most definitely recommend to anyone needing a tiler and will be using again for any future timing jobs.

John has recently tiled our cloakroom and hall floor. This is the second time we have used John as he has previously tiled our kitchen floor. John is very punctual and is a very friendly chap. His standard of workmanship is excellent and he is also very clean and tidy. We can highly recommend John to anyone looking for a competent, professional tradesman.
John has just finished tiling our hall, dining room, kitchen, utility and downstairs toilet. It is difficult to put into words how delighted we are with the work he has carried out. He never took a break and worked tirelessly to achieve a fantastic result whilst making sure we were happy at every stage. John from AJH Tiling is very friendly and professional, he called around to quote for the work required soon after my initial enquiry. I was looking for the whole ground floor, apart from the living room, to be tiled. He provided lots of advice on tile type, size and colour. He also provided a competitive price for the job there and then. John completed the whole job in just three days. He was very professional throughout with minimal input from myself during the whole job. He cleaned up after himself each day and there was minimal tile wastage. I am extremely please with the finished job, and I would have no hesitation in recommending John to anyone looking for tiling work to be completed.
John did an excellent job of tiling our en suite with travertine tiles including mosaics in the walk in shower and was flexible in returning to complete the tiled splash back and skirting after the second fix had been completed.

We used AJH to install underfloor heating and tiling in a large converted double garage room. It was so refreshing to deal with a tradesman who responded quickly to our initial call with a visit, gave advice and provided a fair quote for the job. John did a great job, arriving as agreed and simply got on with it. We have no hesitation in recommending John and would certainly use his company again.

John did a great job tiling our utility room with limestone tiles. He worked efficiently, competently and there is a good standard of finish. His prices are fair and he is honest. I have already booked John for another tiling job.

We had John to tile our large kitchen/diner and downstairs toilet. He was professional, gave us good quality advice in the type of tiles that would work on our less than perfect floor as well as helping us to get the necessary work completed to floor before the tiling. Clean and tidy, really knows his stuff, he did an expert job and we're really happy with the results. We definitely recommend him and will use him again if we need further tiling.
