We have used DS Drainage on numerous occasions previously to clear a blocked drain at our Office. Been a while but the drain was completely blocked and releasing raw sewage back into the building. I called Dean in a state of panic and reassuring me he said he would arrive as soon as possible. Dean gave an excellent service. He came out promptly and sorted the blockage in a quick and professional way. He then found a leak from one toilet which was tricky to stop. I simply found DS Drainage Solutions on Google, listed as a company in my area. They were extremely helpful with their response and were with me within 24 hours to carry out a detailed CCTV survey of a sewer pipe under my property and left me with copies of videos and a detailed report with recommended actions for forwarding onto Severn Trent.
DS Solutions installed a drain relay which has enabled the modification of our conservatory by providing an additional drain point for the downpipes. We are very pleased with the result. Dean has been very reliable throughout and has solved a number of problems for us.

We needed someone to clean our bathroom/toilet drains - not sure if blocked or not. Dean came promptly and carried out the work very efficiently and at a very fair price. No extras! How refreshing to get someone who is courteous and does their work with a smile and can do attitude. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again since we intend to now get the drains done on a maintenance basis to keep them clean and fresh.

Look no further if you have a drainage problem. Craig and Richard came to investigate my drainage problem very quickly and with their CCTV camera identified that the problem was due to a wall tile which had fallen down the waste pipe after a recent cloak room refurbishment. They removed the tile and the whole job was sorted in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company. Top Job!

Dean arrived sooner than expected after my first contact about a blocked drain. It took him no more than 20 minutes to resolve the problem. Using a camera, he was able to show us the site of the blockage and reassure us that he did not foresee further problems. He also opened and inspected another drain for us. We were charged exactly what had been quoted for the work. Dean is cheerful, friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.

Dean and his team did a remarkable job in sorting out a faulty drain which involved lifting up flagstones and digging deep to find the drain, which left a mountain of soil. However when the job was finished you couldn't tell any work had been done. It was left neat and tidy and with drain mended. Dean is a can do kind of guy and his price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.
An OAP neighbour had a blocked toilet which was cleared quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Both men wore masks for Covid-19 and cleaned up after themselves. Suggest you don't bother with unaccredited people via Yellow Pages - and there are lots of them - when there are companies like this. Thoroughly recommended.

Dean had already carried out a drains survey at my house and installed a lining in a short section of a drain as required. I recently engaged him to advise on installing better drainage on my driveway. He then gave good advice and installed an extra gulley to prevent rainwater flooding into my garden. His design was creative and well thought out and is successfully diverting rainfall. Thank you again Dean.
Called Dean as a result of all the positive reviews and glad I did. He was at my home within a couple of hours of my initial phone call and did an excellent job. Professional and friendly he soon sorted out my blocked drain and had everything working again in well under an hour and his fixed pricing is very reasonable. All in all a first rate service, highly recommended.
Dean fitted a new ACO type drain in place of the mysterious French drain that appeared to be draining directly into the basement of the house, cutting a channel through the solid concrete drive to connect it to the rainwater gully. He also discovered a hole in the gully near the downpipe that I didn't even know I had and fixed that too - hopefully no more water pouring into the basement. He also arranged for 15m of drains to be lined. I consider the price very reasonable, the attitude professional, friendly and polite and the work carried out swiftly, under difficult conditions obtaining materials post lock-down. A good local family company. Highly recommended.
