We had previously found Langsdale Electrical through Derbyshire Trusted Trader and had used them for a small job. So we approached them for this work based on our earlier experience. Martin is a great person to deal with - both friendly, helpful and very professional. We had a number of jobs - his initial visit was thorough and helpful. Left us options to consider so didn't feel pushed into one option or other. Quote was spot-on and very reasonable; delivered what we asked for; a big days work done quickly, thoroughly, but very carefully and tidily. This included a couple of unseen issues which were quickly found and resolved. We also felt very easy with him being in the house for the day. We wouldn't hesitate to use Martin again, and really can't recommend him highly enough.

Once work started martin was prompt in dealing with the initial issues and returning to site to rectify minor snagging issues. He seemed very diligent in planning, resourcing and executing the work, always neat and tidy at days end and very happy to oblige for any minor adjustments to the original spec

The preliminary testing and initial installation was carried out exactly when and as promised. Final installation, connection and testing all 3 weeks later were completed at the same time that the other supplier needed it for his testing purposes. A highly satisfactory service all around.
