Ian has done 3 jobs for me now in my rental properties including EHICS, a new consumer unit, and fault finding. I have more work planned for 2023. Very happy to recommend due to good communication, very easy to work with and always leaves the place spotless.

I highly recommend Ian Tighe. Very good price, he tells you exactly what he's doing so I understood everything. He arrived on time. He did me socket lights and fuse board in my shed, all waterproof even the light switch so they can all take steam for when I have a little blow up hot tub in there. I've just had Tighe Electrics to do a kitchen and utility room re-wire. I am extremely pleased with the high standard of work carried out, very prompt and reliable, tidied and cleaned up each day, were very mindful of my son working from home when having to turn power off. Ian and his apprentice did a good job, and even though some parts were more complicated than expected, he came back several times until he was satisfied it was right, with only a slight increase in the agreed price. A very professional job. I would not hesitate to have Ian do other work in the future.

Ian was superb at installing electrics to a garden shed as well as installing a few power sockets to the outside patio. He worked efficiently and thoroughly to prepare, install and tidy up afterwards. He has a lovely sense of humour, is very hard working, dedicated and trustworthy. He and Dawn were brilliant working together to feed cables under our lounge floor - cobwebs and all! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.

Ian was very professional given the current Covid 19 pandemic, I never felt once he was acting out of the current guide lines whilst at my house. He was very thorough and sorted out my dramas and added outside electric sockets. He explained everything to me what he was going to do then talked me through it afterwards. I would fully recommend Ian for any electrical work you require.

Tighe Electrics, Ian is a very polite person with nothing too much trouble to price and undertake. All of the work being at a fair price and carried out to a high standard of workmanship. I would not hesitate for Ian to carry out more work if ever needed. Ian is suitably qualified and is very experienced and has a good working knowledge in accordance of the current Electricity at Work regulation, the current I.E.E. What a pleasure in this day and age to find someone who really cares about customer service. I rang Tighe Electrics at 8pm with a major lighting fault in our property and as promised they arrived 8am the next morning / fixed the problem and restored our lighting. After initial investigation I was given a price for the repair which was fair and reasonable. The workmen were both polite and considerate. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will certainly recommend this company to family and friends.

I was recommended this electrical trader through a friend. All works were carried out as discussed, to my satisfaction and for the price agreed. I would strongly recommend this trader for electrical works. The only reason I have answered 'no' to the Derby Trusted Trader questions, is because I am out of the Derbyshire area and I had not heard of the endorsement website .
