Andy tiled our hall in February 2024. We are really pleased with his work. He arrived when he said he would and communicated well throughout and left everywhere clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will go back to him if we need an other tiling job doing.
Andy was very professional right from the start. He offered advice before and during the tiling and both he and Jimmy were friendly and did a great job. There was no mess at all and they helped to get the appliances back in place too. They arrived exactly when they said they would and kept me up to date with text messages etc along the way. I would definitely recommend. Excellent job.
From our first meeting with Andy, he was professional, provided advice and took a lot of stress away during a home renovation. Andy did an excellent job of tiling our large kitchen/dining/living space floor and utility room. Andy's attention to detail was brilliant and the tiling looks amazing. Andy always turned up on time and did what he said and completed early. On a personal level, it was great to have Andy in our home and he was very supportive and helpful and did a brilliant job and we enjoyed having him there. Thank you Andy.
I've used Andy before for tiling a bathroom so had no hesitation in using him again for tiling a large floor area. Andy's work is of a very high standard. He gave helpful advice on tile choice and even picked up the tiles for us which saved a delivery charge. Very tidy worker - always cleaned up at the end of each day which helps minimise disruption. Would definitely recommend Andy to others.
Andy did a fantastic job. It was a big job which he did in such a professional way. He fitted tiles in the kitchen entrance and utility room as well as the dinning room and hall way. Andy really knows his trade, his attention to detail was spot on and left everything clean and tidy. He arrived on time and was very pleasant whilst working in our house. Would fully recommend him.
Mr Neil is a highly skilled professional tiler. His work is of a very high standard, he takes great care and pride in what he does. At all times he has been hard working, 100% reliable and trustworthy. On a personal note I found Andrew to be very likeable and mindful of operating in someone's home. I have no hesitation in recommending ACN tiling.
Spring 2022 Andrew Neill tiled my kitchen to a very high specification. Spring 2023 had no hesitation employing Andy for a complete bathroom makeover. He co ordinated all trades people and played an active part in advising best choices at all times achieving an exemplary standard of workmanship. He takes a pride in his work and I would highly recommend him.
Simply the best! Right from my first meeting with Andy I was impressed by his professional approach to the project, which was upgrading a bathroom in a thatched house which had a complicated vaulted roof. The floor tiles and wall tiles were not quite the same size, and the way he managed to match them was really very clever. This man is a true craftsman with a great level of precision in his work. Intricate cut outs to fit the existing timbers made all the tiles fit perfectly. The final job was better than I thought possible. At all times any mess or rubbish was cleared up every day. A charming man with a great sense of humour work, so quite a lot of chat and banter. The final job was perfect in every way. Recommended unreservedly.
Andrew tiled our kitchen floor recently and did an excellent job. He was able to fit it into our schedule for our kitchen refit which we greatly appreciated. His work is of a very high standard, he communicated in detail all aspects of the job prior and during the work and is very detail orientated which we valued. Andrew and his colleague Jim were very professional, left the place clean and tidy overnight and were very friendly. I would highly recommend Andrew Neil of ACN Tiling Specialist. He kept me informed all the time regarding his visits to work was on time, his work was excellent, he is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and he was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use ACN Tiling Specialist in the future.
Excellent job, attention to detail incredible, Andy came up with some good advice which enhanced the overall finish. Really pleased with the end result, the kitchen looks fantastic. However, Andy, is not the cheapest but as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for'.
It's taken a while to get around to writing this review due to moving house. I contacted Andrew back in May, desperate to get the bathroom tiled. I found ACN Tiling through Trusted Trader. Andrew gave me a date to undertake the work for mid June and completed the work on time and to a very high standard. Excellent all round. Thanks again Andrew.
We asked Andy to tile our kitchen backsplash and to provide advice and guidance on some of our initial ideas. From the outset, Andy was very forthright on what he thought was realistic and achievable, and he was receptive to our thoughts. Andy also went to the effort to source a trim that matched the finer points of our kitchen cabinets. Once the design, dates and times were all agreed, Andy was conscientious, polite and finished the job ahead of time. A very fair price was offered too. Andy has just completed a full bathroom tiling project for us. His standard of work is excellent. He provided very useful initial advise when quoting the job. He started and finished in the agreed time frame leaving the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. The work was completed with great attention to detail with a very high class finish. We would have no hesitation recommending Andy.
I had a basic idea of what I wanted for a tiling project in my kitchen. Andy came to assess the job and give a quote. He made everything so easy for me with advice regarding tile choice and positioning etc. His quote included him supplying everything required to complete the job. The end result is far better than I could have come up with myself. He did a fabulous truly professional job.
I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is a real craftsman and his work is excellent. Our kitchen floor looks perfect, as he pays meticulous attention to detail. His communication is excellent and he could not be more helpful - he even ordered and collected the tiles for us. He works incredibly hard and is so nice to have around.

Andy came recommended and did an amazing job. He tiled a large area for our new cattery which required lots of precision cutting. He was professional, friendly and communicated well both before the job started and whilst on site. He was tidy and conscientious and always left the site clean. What a superstar Andy is. We were in a sticky situation after getting let down by our tiler, but Andy came to our rescue thank goodness. The whole process of hiring him to get the job finished was faultless due to his great communication and work ethics. Absolutely delighted with the tiling Andy did for us, throughout the whole downstairs of the property. Not the easiest job with no straight lines anywhere, slightly uneven floors and three level changes to deal with. Andy did it all brilliantly and made it look superb. Now excited to see what the bathrooms look like after he has worked his magic with them.
Andy was brilliant from start to finish - he spent almost an hour quoting the job, advising on plaster preparation and tile choice to make sure my old house's wonky walls wouldn't impact the quality of finish I wanted. He did a great job with the tiling, and supplied all materials except tiles as I'd already sourced them though he would have collected them for me had I needed it. He left the bathroom immaculate and I can thoroughly recommend him.

The finish that Andy gave us in our bathroom was exceptional. He takes great pride in getting the finish exactly as you want it. He turns up on the day he says he will and is punctual. Andy was professional and friendly throughout, he went though everything with me and communicated well, nothing was to Much hassle. He helped me pick tiles, grout and went through the pros and cons of each tile I looked at, he made me feel confident in my final decision and even picked up the tiles For me. I had to leave to go to work the day Andy came, but I felt very comfortable leaving Andy to get on with the job, he kept me updated throughout the day. We'd recently had a new kitchen installed and the tiles done at the same time and they were shocking. Andy came to rescue us. The job he's done is absolutely fabulous. His attention to detail is unbelievable. Andy is friendly, talks you through what he's going to do and leaves everything immaculate afterwards. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Wow! Where do I start? Andy is extremely friendly and keen to talk in great detail about your tiling job, so he is completely clear about what you require. He offers suggestions and ideas and points out any potential issues - there are no surprises. He works at a phenomenal rate, but his attention to detail is incredible - he really, really cares about how your tiling looks. He is remarkably tidy, clearing up as he works and taking all rubbish away and generally very respectful of your home. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and colleagues - such a joy to work with someone who is thoroughly professional, but fits in and chats and offers ideas and can recommend fellow tradesmen. Andy gets 10/10 for sure!
Andy did a great job tiling the floor and walls of our new kitchen, taking real pride in his workmanship, and we're really pleased with the final result. He's good company to have in the house and always went above and beyond in ensuring we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of his work.
Really pleased with the job Andy has done, tiling 2 bathroom floors and coordinating with a plumber to fit new vanity units and taps. After recommendation from our neighbour, Andy came out to give us a quote on the day I called him and then stuck to the date he gave to carry out the works. Andy is a really nice guy and clearly cares about his work, paying attention to the fine details and finishing touches discussing exactly what he was doing and why to make sure we were happy beforehand. The job was completed when he said it would be and looks absolutely great. Would highly recommend Andy and will definitely use him again in the future for any other tiling jobs.

Andy has just finished tiling in our new kitchen. He talked us through his plans and explained different options. He was prompt, meticulous and responded quickly to all our queries. The kitchen was clean and tidy at the end of each day and at the end of the job. As his website says, customer satisfaction is his priority. He has done a great job here and we are very pleased with the result.
Andy was fantastic from beginning to end. When quoting he discussed the job with us in depth, helping us choose the best materials for the job and giving us the pros and cons for each option. He acted as project manager and arranged an electrician and joiner to do the specialist work needed. He also came back after their work was done to check we were satisfied with them as well, which was a nice touch. Whilst working Andy kept the area as clean and uncluttered as possible and it was always tidy when he left at the end of each day. We're really pleased with the completed work and will definitely go back to Andy for any further jobs.
