Excellent job, attention to detail incredible, Andy came up with some good advice which enhanced the overall finish. Really pleased with the end result, the kitchen looks fantastic. However, Andy, is not the cheapest but as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for'.
It's taken a while to get around to writing this review due to moving house. I contacted Andrew back in May, desperate to get the bathroom tiled. I found ACN Tiling through Trusted Trader. Andrew gave me a date to undertake the work for mid June and completed the work on time and to a very high standard. Excellent all round. Thanks again Andrew.
We asked Andy to tile our kitchen backsplash and to provide advice and guidance on some of our initial ideas. From the outset, Andy was very forthright on what he thought was realistic and achievable, and he was receptive to our thoughts. Andy also went to the effort to source a trim that matched the finer points of our kitchen cabinets. Once the design, dates and times were all agreed, Andy was conscientious, polite and finished the job ahead of time. A very fair price was offered too. My wife and I couldn't be happier and wholeheartedly recommend ACN Tiling Specialist for whatever tiling job you need done next. Thanks, Andy!

Andy has just completed a full bathroom tiling project for us. His standard of work is excellent. He provided very useful initial advise when quoting the job. He started and finished in the agreed time frame leaving the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. The work was completed with great attention to detail with a very high class finish. We would have no hesitation recommending Andy.
I had a basic idea of what I wanted for a tiling project in my kitchen. Andy came to assess the job and give a quote. He made everything so easy for me with advice regarding tile choice and positioning etc. His quote included him supplying everything required to complete the job. The end result is far better than I could have come up with myself. He did a fabulous truly professional job.
I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is a real craftsman and his work is excellent. Our kitchen floor looks perfect, as he pays meticulous attention to detail. His communication is excellent and he could not be more helpful - he even ordered and collected the tiles for us. He works incredibly hard and is so nice to have around.
Andy is an experienced tiler who has worked for me many times. He visited before the job to assess the work and ensure materials were ready. He is always early on all days and this time he came to tile our kitchen. Great workmanship meant the finish was superb. Andy has done floors, bathroom and walls for us in the past and all have a fantastic finish. Additionally, Andy cleans up after himself each day. He has excellent communication skills. I would thoroughly recommend Andy. He is an excellent tiler.
Andy came recommended and did an amazing job. He tiled a large area for our new cattery which required lots of precision cutting. He was professional, friendly and communicated well both before the job started and whilst on site. He was tidy and conscientious and always left the site clean. I would have no hesitation recommending him to others. The finished result is wonderful.

The finish is perfect - he took care with detail, left everything tidy and clean and even helped me find another tradesman I needed too. What a superstar Andy is. We were in a sticky situation after getting let down by our tiler, but Andy came to our rescue thank goodness. The whole process of hiring him to get the job finished was faultless due to his great communication and work ethics. Attention to the finer details were greatly appreciated, because we are blown away with how fab it looks. Absolutely would hire again and recommend.
Absolutely delighted with the tiling Andy did for us, throughout the whole downstairs of the property. Not the easiest job with no straight lines anywhere, slightly uneven floors and three level changes to deal with. Andy did it all brilliantly and made it look superb. Now excited to see what the bathrooms look like after he has worked his magic with them.
Andy was brilliant from start to finish - he spent almost an hour quoting the job, advising on plaster preparation and tile choice to make sure my old house's wonky walls wouldn't impact the quality of finish I wanted. He did a great job with the tiling, and supplied all materials except tiles as I'd already sourced them though he would have collected them for me had I needed it. He left the bathroom immaculate and I can thoroughly recommend him.

The finish that Andy gave us in our bathroom was exceptional. He takes great pride in getting the finish exactly as you want it. He turns up on the day he says he will and is punctual. He was very clean and cleared up after himself every day. I was so impressed with the work that Andy did that we had him do a second bathroom which was finished to the same exacting standard. Andy did an absolutely fantastic job tiling our kitchen with some uniquely large tiles that many other tilers would not even consider doing. Andy was professional and friendly throughout, he went though everything with me and communicated well, nothing was to Much hassle. He helped me pick tiles, grout and went through the pros and cons of each tile I looked at, he made me feel confident in my final decision and even picked up the tiles For me. I had to leave to go to work the day Andy came, but I felt very comfortable leaving Andy to get on with the job, he kept me updated throughout the day. When I arrived home I was very pleased to find the job had been done to a high standard, he had also left the area clean and tidy. We'd recently had a new kitchen installed and the tiles done at the same time and they were shocking. Andy came to rescue us. The job he's done is absolutely fabulous. His attention to detail is unbelievable. Andy is friendly, talks you through what he's going to do and leaves everything immaculate afterwards. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He saw how distressed we were with the job we'd had done and swapped things around to come out to us. He is a talented craftsman and a very decent chap.

Wow! Where do I start? Andy is extremely friendly and keen to talk in great detail about your tiling job, so he is completely clear about what you require. He offers suggestions and ideas and points out any potential issues - there are no surprises. He works at a phenomenal rate, but his attention to detail is incredible - he really, really cares about how your tiling looks. He is remarkably tidy, clearing up as he works and taking all rubbish away and generally very respectful of your home. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and colleagues - such a joy to work with someone who is thoroughly professional, but fits in and chats and offers ideas and can recommend fellow tradesmen. Andy gets 10/10 for sure!
Andy did a great job tiling the floor and walls of our new kitchen, taking real pride in his workmanship, and we're really pleased with the final result. He's good company to have in the house and always went above and beyond in ensuring we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of his work.
Really pleased with the job Andy has done, tiling 2 bathroom floors and coordinating with a plumber to fit new vanity units and taps. After recommendation from our neighbour, Andy came out to give us a quote on the day I called him and then stuck to the date he gave to carry out the works. Andy is a really nice guy and clearly cares about his work, paying attention to the fine details and finishing touches discussing exactly what he was doing and why to make sure we were happy beforehand. The job was completed when he said it would be and looks absolutely great. Would highly recommend Andy and will definitely use him again in the future for any other tiling jobs.

Andy has just finished tiling in our new kitchen. He talked us through his plans and explained different options. He was prompt, meticulous and responded quickly to all our queries. The kitchen was clean and tidy at the end of each day and at the end of the job. As his website says, customer satisfaction is his priority. He has done a great job here and we are very pleased with the result.
Andy was fantastic from beginning to end. When quoting he discussed the job with us in depth, helping us choose the best materials for the job and giving us the pros and cons for each option. He acted as project manager and arranged an electrician and joiner to do the specialist work needed. He also came back after their work was done to check we were satisfied with them as well, which was a nice touch. Whilst working Andy kept the area as clean and uncluttered as possible and it was always tidy when he left at the end of each day. We're really pleased with the completed work and will definitely go back to Andy for any further jobs.

From my first phone enquiry, the service that we received from ACN Tiling was outstanding. Andy arrived promptly to discuss the work, offered great advice and carefully explained what he would be doing. He obviously has a great eye for detail, and complete d the job in a very professional and friendly manner. I would have no hesitation in using ACN Tiling again and would be confident in recommending him to others.
Andy responded very promptly to my initial request for a quote we did obtain a second quote for comparison. He discussed with us how he would approach the job and sought our views about the problem areas. When the work started in early January, the job proceeded swiftly, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Noise and disruption was kept to a minimum, and dust usually associated with any form of internal building work also kept to a minimum. Andy planned out the areas being tiled so we could access all parts of the house by one route of another at any time. The finished floor was a joy to behold and has been greatly admired by friends and neighbours alike. Andy's work has been superb, and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and his assistant, Jim.
We contacted Andy about replacing a broken travertine bathroom floor tile and, despite being such a small job, he was able to source a replacement and put it in just a few days later. He is easy to get on with, and clearly takes great pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to use him for a bigger job next time.
Andy did several jobs for me: a large kitchen, doing both the floor and wall tiles, utility room, and downstairs shower room including fitting underfloor heating. He also did my large upstairs bathroom with underfloor heating in there as well. Considering that the property is about 180 years old and there isn't a straight wall in the place, he did a great job. He's a very tidy worker and left no mess at all. He was very punctual and has great communication, letting me know what was going on every step of the way. He's very friendly and likes a joke, and works much better after a bacon butty in the morning!! He's not the cheapest, but he has a great eye for detail and is very thorough. Andy did an excellent job on our mosaic tiles. The work was completed to a very high standard and was extremely professional. He managed to fit the job in quite quickly despite being extremely busy. Andy did a superb job of tiling our bathroom. From his first visit to quote for us it was clear he was meticulous, methodical and had a fine attention to detail. The price quoted was competitive. The tiles we had put in were 60x60cm porcelain tiles which were very heavy. The job however was completed with great efficiency and the finest of finishes.
