A trustworthy company, excellent standard of work. They are reliable, communicate well, arrive on time, work unobtrusively and with consideration. All waste is removed and they hoover up. After several renovation projects done by them, I recommend them highly.
Tim and Michael did a bathroom conversion for us. They were very careful in their estimate of the time involved and likely price, and spent time with us refining the details. They arrived on the day and at the time they said they would and every day there after. They were a pleasure to have in the house: they were quietly industrious, always polite, patient when discussing anything and very easy to communicate with. They carried out the work to the highest standard, paying attention to every detail. Unlike some builders they did not try to juggle a job with those of other clients but stayed fully focused throughout. They brought the project to completion exactly on time.
Tim and Michael have done several jobs in my house and I've always been delighted with their work. They respond quickly to queries and whilst there can be a wait for non urgent work they always keep you informed and the resulting job is worth the wait. I can fully recommend them.
Tim and Michael refurbished our bathroom and installed a new kitchen sink and taps. I was absolutely delighted with the job they did for us. Everything was perfect. They were reliable, helpful and gave good advice. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I have no hesitation in recommending them and if need be would use them without a moments thought.

Tim and Michael created from scratch a downstairs shower room with a loo in what used to be an old pantry. They have done a brilliant job and I'm really pleased with the result. They made suggestions for the layout and materials which made the best use of the space. They worked hard, tidied up at the end of each day and were punctual and utterly trustworthy as they were often working in the house alone. Our house is a little chaotic but they took it all in their stride and were considerate and patient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Martin came round within a few days of my phone call. He provided an excellent service by repairing my gutter and down pipe. Very fair price. I have no hesitation recommending MCL Property Services to anyone.
This is the third time that Tim and Michael have carried out some work for us and once again we were really pleased with the work. They are thoughtful, careful and thorough and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely use them again.

Tim and Michael did an excellent job mending/replacing the external woodwork on our house. Definitely craftsmen and both were very pleasant people to have around. The cost was exactly as estimated and well worth the money. I will certainly endeavour to use them again as and when necessary. Highly recommended.
Tim and Michael were extremely helpful and conscientious workers who strived to make everything exactly as we wanted. They managed to fit us in earlier than we had originally agreed which was brilliant as we were without a number of key bathroom assets! The end result was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Plastering, plumbing, tiling, electrics etc. They take care to disrupt your home as little as possible and are friendly and helpful. A fantastic job. Couldn't be more pleased.

Tim and Michael have done a splendid job in tiling the bathroom floor, as well as tidying up a shower area - we are delighted. Their work was meticulous and thoughtful, and they consulted us at every point. We have no hesitation at all in recommending them.
We feel very lucky to have found Tim and Michael who, from first contact to completion of the work they did for us, were so professional and helpful. They solved a longstanding issue we had with a leaking soil pipe and vent, so for the first time in months we have peace of mind when it rains! Additionally they boarded part of our loft, so we now have an easily accessible storage space. All the work was done to an exceptionally high standard and finish, with no fuss and no mess. They worked really hard and were a pleasure to have around. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and look forward to them coming back in the next few months to refurbish our utility room.
Tim and Michael made an excellent job of some urgent high level roof repairs, including arranging for the necessary scaffolding. Prior to this they had worked on improvements to our heating system, involving new pipework through areas of the building that are not easily accessed. Both jobs were completed to a high standard.

Tim warned us it would be 3-4 months before they could commence work. We were very pleased with the work that Tim and Michael did for us. Their work was of high standard, they were reliable, communicated well and were flexible in responding to a last minute modification. Highly recommended for excellent service, not surprised they are kept busy, well worth waiting for!
We can't praise Tim and Michael enough for the job they've just completed for us, panelling around four windows in an old property and installing new window sills. Not easy, as the existing walls, angles, and plaster weren't straight. The end results are spectacular - the panelling looks as though it was installed by master craftsmen from the Georgian era! Oh yes - they also clean up and are respectful of carpets etc in wet weather. Thanks again guys!
Tim and Michael gave us good, helpful advice from the start, dealt smoothly with a delay from our hardware suppliers, left us with a clean, working house each evening and were very easy to deal with. We are now enjoying our newly renovated shower room.
Tim and Michael of Tim Horne Ltd replaced a cracked sandstone lintel, and also fitted some radiators in our house. Throughout the works, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They carried out the works efficiently and considerately, and did a really great job. We would very much recommend Tim Horne Ltd.

Tim and Michael did a very professional repair of woodwork that needed repairing and replacing. Highly recommended for being punctual, courteous, efficient, understanding what was required, and good value.
Tim and Michael completely overhauled our bathroom - re-plastering, tiling, installing a new suite, hot water tank, extractor fan and underfloor heating, plus all the joinery that goes with that. Their attention to detail and quality of finish is fantastic. We were involved in all decisions along the way and kept informed of progress. They were pleasant to have in the house, and always tidied up at the end of each day. They worked extremely hard, from 8.30 to 5.30 sometimes later most days. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Tim Horne Ltd to anyone.
