Austin from Royle Electrical Services has provided an excellent service for our house. Our electrics wiring/plugs/light fitting etc. were in a pretty outdated and unsafe state. But Austin was completely professional, very knowledgeable and we are very, very happy with his complete overhaul of all the work he has done. Austin was amazing. He was honest about his capacity to do some work we needed but he kept in touch and agreed the work with us. Austin lived up to all the great feedback I found on Trusted Trader. The job we had was an installation of an electrical circuit to 4 double sockets and 2 lights in the garden house. This was wired into one of the spare fuses in the house fuse box. We had already had one quote, but when Austin looked at the job he did not try to sell us anything we did not need. For example, I mentioned getting a consumer unit in the garden house as the first quote suggested but was assured this was not necessary. The final quote from Austin was much better than the one received form the first electrician - even accounting for the fact that I dug the trench myself. Throughout the 2 day job, Austin was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. From checking the fittings and fixtures were right for us before ordering them, to cleaning up after himself when done. I strongly recommend Austin to anyone wanting similar work, and will be contacting him again for another project we have planned. Thank you very much Austin and Trusted Trader.
