We asked Craig from Paulson Plumbing if he could fit us a new bathroom and completely new boiler and radiators. He was really helpful and we felt we could trust him. He did the work whilst we was on holiday for 2 weeks. Highly recommended 5 stars!

Came out quickly to sort a leak under the bath. Waste water pipe had come adrift so after reconnecting it he left bath panel off to make sure floor and plaster dried out then came back after a couple of weeks to finish the job. Also fitted new kitchen tap at that time. Was a very nice person, very efficient and very tidy. Made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Would be happy to recommend this company.
Highly recommend Paulson Plumbing. Craig is highly organised, meticulous with finer details and installation of bathroom fittings. He clears up every evening after a days work. The other tradesmen, electrician, tiler and flooring all quality tradespeople who also arrived on designated days. Craig is a really friendly and respectful person, so easy to have working in your home and fortunately a dog lover as he was greeted every morning by our dog. We have other work that we want Craig to do for us which, I think, is recommendation in itself.

We called PPH on a Sunday afternoon, following a recommendation from a friend, because of a leaking toilet cistern. Craig came round within the hour and carried out a temporary fix. After sending a quote he returned within the week to complete the job. We were so pleased with his work we would definitely recommend PPH and we will certainly use them again. The work was done for an elderly, vulnerable lady. She was instantly made to feel comfortable and at ease.

Just had a new gas combi boiler fitted by Craig Paulson and Lee. Had one done 10 years ago at my previous home and subsequently serviced every year and on both occasions I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, courteousness and tidiness. All done in just less than a working day, all rubbish removed and Craig is always very careful to make sure everything is clean and tidy when the job is done. Craig has just completed a wonderful job, replacing my Mum's bathroom - which hadn't been touched for 20 years and some parts for 40+ years. The work involved completely stripping out, plaster boarding, false ceiling, wet-room flooring, installation etc. Craig project managed the work, co-ordinating all the trades, planning and sourcing the materials. During the build he and the other trades went over and above to ensure that in spite of the unexpected caused by the age of the house! The bathroom was completed within the original timeframe and Mum was able to come back from an extended holiday to a beautiful new bathroom - and no mess anywhere. I thoroughly recommend Craig who was professional throughout and kept us informed of the progress each day taking all the worry and organisation of sorting the bathroom away from me, needless to say the final cost was as expected from the quote and worth every penny.

He was very polite and understanding of the client's needs and spent a lot of effort obtaining exactly the right cooker and hob specified by the client. Craig kept us updated at all stages of ordering and fitting the cooker. The price for the work completed was very competitive and the client was very pleased with the result. This gentleman has restored our faith in human kindness. He was courteous, considerate, punctual and jumped in to help out an elderly gentleman in times of distress.
