Central Electrics and Security have just returned to work for us for the third time in the past 12 months. The two previous visits were to install a new burglar alarm panel into an existing wired burglar alarm system, and the second time to update the high- speed Internet wiring within the house. On both previous occasions they worked speedily, efficiently, effectively and tidily: We were delighted. The most recent visit was to update the CCTV cameras on the house. As usual Paul arrived on time worked efficiently, effectively and carried out the work to an incredibly high standard. There were some difficulties activating the system, mainly because of errors which I made, but Paul worked diligently to sort them out. We were very impressed not only by the standard of the work but also by the concern expressed by Paul ensure that the system was up and running correctly. He explained everything in great detail and contacted us 24 hours later to ensure that everything was in order. We were, once again, very impressed.

We were very pleased with Paul and his colleague with the various jobs when they came to our property. We were kept informed of what they were doing and they also gave good advice. We were also happy with the price quoted. Paul's wife was very helpful in getting back to us with any queries which we had.

Central Electrics and Security recently upgraded our burglar alarm. We were delighted with their performance. They returned today to upgrade a computer Ethernet cable to cope with increased Internet speeds following the installation of fibre to the premises. The installation was slightly tricky because of the specification demanded but Paul carried out the work efficiently and meticulously. He arrived on time, worked tidily, and left no mess. Because of the cable used, the connections were quite difficult to make but Paul spent a considerable amount of time ensuring the connections were correct and checking them to ensure that they were perfect. The resulting speeds achieved were quite amazing. Central Electrics and Security are highly recommended.

Central Electrics and Security Ltd updated our alarm system and installed a new central control unit and keypad. Their work throughout was outstanding, from initial contact, explanation of options, installation and ensuring full explanation of the new system. On time, outstanding installation work with no mess and great care to ensure that the new system required only minimal post installation repair to the decoration. An outstanding company. Very highly recommended. Price was not excessive and worth every penny.

Paul came to look at the emergency in-between other jobs and reconnected the electricity supply to essential equipment on that visit. He returned the following day with his colleague to solve the problem. They were polite, obliging and kept me informed throughout the hunt for the fault and replaced everything afterwards. I would certainly use Central Electrics again.

Paul fitted me cctv. He provided a quote as requested and advised me exactly what my system would do and how it would be fitted. The quote was reasonable and the product quality excellent. The fitting process was Covid sensitive and Paul was absolutely professional with no mess. Excellent service throughout. I would recommend and use again for any electrical work.
