After 2 years of poor service and ludicrous price increases from our national security alarm company it was a breath of fresh air to work in a clear, transparent and thoroughly professional manner with local company, ALW. In consultation with Adam of ALW we decided to replace and upgrade our old system to a new wi-fi based set-up. The work was completed in a day with no mess hassle or negative surprises. Adam sensed our "generational" nervousness with such modern technology and talked us painstakingly through the process and we are very happy with the new system. Have had an alarm system for 13 years now, installed and maintained annually by ALW. First time I've had an issue and Adam came out quickly and diagnosed a fault with the panel, probably due to its age. Adam went out of his way at little notice to ensure that alarm cabling was removed to allow pre-booked flooring work to take place. We first used ALW Security Systems Ltd. in 2018 when our existing system went haywire and I could not turn it off. I found ALW Security on line and called Adam from ALW Security at about 06:00hrs, he was very reassuring and arrived at our property within 30 minutes. He stopped the alarm and said that, if we wished he would come back in the afternoon and quote for a replacement system. He arrived promptly and a couple of days later returned and made the installation. Since then he has serviced our system every July and his visit today went without any problems and we are extremely happy with his service.

Adam was very professional when doing the assessment and quotation for my installation and came at the time that had been arranged over the phone. On installation day he was again on time and again ran through what work he was about to carry out and checked that I was happy for him to continue on. The work was carried out with very minimal disruption and I was kept informed on what was going to be happening as he moved around my property. The installation was very neat and carried out with no mess whatsoever, Adam cleaned up as he moved from room to room. After the installation was completed Adam then ran me through how the system worked and answered all the questions that I asked, making sure that I was satisfied with everything that he had done and explained to me.

We first contacted ALW Security Systems in June 2018 as a distress call as our existing alarm system had a faulty activation at about 6am and it could not be stopped. Mr. Waterfall attended within 30 minutes and stopped the noise for us. I invited him to return and carry out a survey and quotation to replace our old system. This he did and we arranged for him to carry out the installation work. This was carried out at the appointed time with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. Since then we have had Adam attend every year for the annual service and his standard of service has always been exemplary. I have no hesitation in commending him on all aspects of his service and would recommend him to anyone who asked me!
Originally recommended by a neighbour but the TT status gave us added comfort. Adam Waterfall provided a comprehensive alarm system in quick time and at a very fair price. Adam carefully explained what he could do and listened to what we wanted, recommending the best system based on these conversations and a survey of our house. He expertly and very neatly fitted our new sensors, alarm boxes and control pad in one day and cleaned up afterwards. He also fitted a camera and spotlights to the same standard the following day. He clearly outlined the costs upfront and explained the cost of servicing moving forward. He fully tested the equipment and showed us clearly how to use it. Adam, of ALW Security Systems, visited us at our request to discuss the replacement of our old house alarm system. He was very informative and offered various combinations, and left it to us to decide what we would like and price we could afford. No pressure at all to sell us anything we didn't want. After signing up with him on a suitable installation we were given an installation date, and he arrived on that date and installed the new system, after removing the old one. He did a fantastic job, and apart from the noise from drilling holes etc you would hardly know he was in your house. Once everything was installed and he had tested it, he spent time explaining to us how to use the new system. All in all, a very good installation with the assurance that h e is available if there are any problems. Very pleased with all aspects of installation.

After considering having a security alarm system fitted, I looked for a local installer near to our home in Belper. ALW Security Systems just seemed to stand out from the rest. They had very good reviews and were Trusted Trader registered, so decided to email them for an estimate. Best thing I did, Adam contacted me the next day by phone and having discussed our requirements, made an appointment to visit us in the next couple of days. Having arrived promptly at the agreed time, Adam went round the entire house, and after considering what our requirements were for an alarm system, he suggested what he considered to be a suitable installation. By this stage we had complete confidence that Adam had the knowledge and expertise to give us a first class system that would satisfy our requirements perfectly. On installation day he arrived promptly and proceeded to work quietly but methodically installing the entire system with out leaving any mess. On completion he then went through the entire alarming and disarming process, explaining everything we needed to know in a clear and precise manner. More than happy with our new house alarm and have no hesitation in recommending ALW Security Systems.

ALW Security Systems installed our new home alarm system in 2020. It is a very simple and easy system to understand and use. We have just received the first annual inspection and service, which was carried out on the allotted date, at the time agreed. The service was fully explained and carried out to our full satisfaction.

I have used this company for many years and find Adam a very polite, reliable, helpful and professional person. He is knowledgeable and can advise on the security you need for your home. He offers a yearly service and will help with any faults or problems if they occur. I have not had a problem and have only had to replace the back up battery for my alarm system once. The current battery has lasted longer than expected. I Would definitely recommend Adam's firm as being trustworthy and reputable.

First used as emergency due to alarm fault, came out at 6,30am and resolved the issue. Came back later and discussed replacement system, preferably Wi-fi quoted, arrived promptly and was very acceptable, work carried out and I have used ALW Security Systems for the past 3 years. From original meeting, service was very professional, the quote and schedule of works fully explained and date set. Trader was on time and worked solidly in trying circumstances, with PPE, in hot weather and finished works in a timely manner. Caused minimal disruption, cleaned up afterwards and fully explained system and conducted walk through tests. Quality of equipment installed seems very good. Pleasure using this Trader, would highly recommend.
