Ian and John did an excellent job. Ian had explained exactly how he was going to do the job I had requested so there was no confusion. They arrived on time and did a great job with no fuss.

Ian was absolutely brilliant. He spent time explaining the issue I'd had with my electrics so I understood what had happened and how to remedy it. He was patient with me and explained everything clearly. I appreciated this.
