High Peak Pet Funeral Services

Having never had to use a service like this for any of our pets previously I didn't know what to expect and to be honest was quite nervous of the quality of service we might get. From the first phone conversation to the day we picked up our much loved Charlie's ashes Tony could not have been more compassionate, supportive and professional. Charlie was treated with dignity throughout and we could not have been better looked after. There were many small touches that we really appreciated, and even the journey to and from the location, through Derbyshire's beautiful countryside, helped make a very painful few days feel more bearable. Knowing that the business was part of the Trusted Trader scheme added to the confidence we felt before using their services. Will certainly recommend to others, and will have no hesitation using their services again when the time comes, as sadly but inevitably it will.

We have used High Peak Pet Funeral Services 3 times over the last few years. Tony is so caring and supportive in these sad times. You couldn't ask for a better place to see your loved ones looked after.

I lost a much loved cat on New Year's eve after a short illness. I cannot praise Tony and High Peak Pet Funeral Services highly enough for their compassion and professionalism at a very difficult and emotional time. Everything was handled sympathetically and with great efficiency, and, despite the proximity to a major period of extended public holidays my cats ashes were returned to me within 5 days, and at all times, he was treated with the utmost respect.

Thank you to Tony and the team for their very kind and compassionate service. We lost our lovely 16 year old Jake in December and the service Tony provided made a very sad day, the best it could be. A very kind and compassionate team who you can trust to take the very best care of your pet. Nothing was too much for Tony and he kindly came to our house the same day and made himself available for when suited our family. When we collected Jake, we didn't know what to expect, but when we were shown into the condolence room, it was such a lovely and caring thing for Tony to provide and as bereaved pet owners, a memory we will never forget. Thank you for your kind words and service Tony, you made a heart-breaking day the most peaceful it could be, and we are very grateful for that. We would recommend Tony in a heartbeat.
