We found Craig on the Trusted Trader website after we were let down by another builder to complete some building works in our home (primarily knocking down a wall to make an open-plan kitchen-diner, and remedial works including plastering etc). Craig was reliable and communicative from the start, coming round to look at the job and give us a quote. He is well connected with contacts of a plumber and electrician who try to work around his jobs where possible. We were really impressed that Craig could give us a planned start date for the works in advance (which was actually met!), to enable us to make arrangements with other contractors (e.g. kitchen fitter, flooring, decorator), which was invaluable in ensuring the job was completing as efficiently as possible to minimise disruption. Craig and Liam (Craig's son) were extremely polite, reliable and hard-working throughout the building works. The electrician and plumber recommended were also excellent. They all worked diligently together, completing the works to an excellent standard last Summer (2025). We couldn't fault them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or have them back for future works.
Craig and Liam are first class competent and skilled builders. I have no hesitation a 5 star recommendation. Very obliging and nothing is too much trouble. My neighbour was very impressed with his work and worked with my neighbour to ensure she had minimum disruption Craig was building a party wall.
Craig and Liam have completed quite a lot of work for us. We feel very confident that the work would be completed at the very highest standard. They are exceptionally polite and very skilled. Craig and Liam are the first point of contact for any jobs we want doing because we know that it will be done at the highest level and at a price that is acceptable. Both my wife and myself feel very comfortable with both of them, and trust them completely

Always my first port of call. First time around they did a first class job on renovation work. Reliable, hard working, honest, trustworthy, competitive price's. Keep you informed every step. Always a pleasure to have around. Had no hesitation in asking them back to complete more renovation works….which they have now completed to their usual high standard. They have transformed the place inside and out. I would highly recommend. Craig and Liam and will always be my first choice of builders going on into the future. A definite good find.
If I could give a Five Star gold rating. Craig and Liam would far surpass this. They have done a fantastic job of converting 4 derelict out buildings into 4 usable rooms with an amazing end result. Craig and Liam are extremely hard working, reliable, polite, trustworthy, approachable and a pleasure to have around. We were kept informed every step of the way and had daily updates. Craig and Liam have gone above and beyond fitting in extra work that wasn't scheduled all to a very high standard. I can't thank these guys enough for all their hard work and how they have transformed the property, blown away with the results. Already booked them in for next job. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will be my first call in any future projects.

After being recommended by a friend who is having work done by Craig and Liam we contacted them to do a couple of jobs on our house. Craig and Liam are reliable, they come when they say they will; do an extremely good job; are clean and tidy and prices are good. We would highly recommend them.

Craig and Liam have worked their socks off for us just recently. With various jobs completed professionally. They are hardworking, reliable, honest guys. Craig undertook some plastering work within a confined stair cupboard. He was very quick to respond to my enquiry. He turned up when agreed and quickly provided a competitive quote. He soon had availability and completed the work to a very good standard within a short period of time. Great communication. No fuss, no drama, no mess and no delays. I would highly recommend.

I have used Craig and Liam for building work for several jobs in my house. I can thoroughly recommend them. Their work is always excellent, they are punctual, knowledgeable and clean and tidy. Craig and his son Liam were absolutely brilliant - we needed pretty much a whole house renovation, a small extension and walls knocking through and stud walls built. They both worked incredibly hard and long hours being very thorough and conscientious in the jobs they carried out. Craig's communication is fantastic so I always knew what timings were and what was happening etc. and his quotes were spot on so I knew where we were with finances too. We lived in the house whilst it was being done and both Craig and Liam are so friendly and approachable that it made it a lot easier. We got their details from this site and I can't recommend them enough for any work.

We had previously asked him to do a small roofing job and was very pleased with his work and again on this occasion he sourced and replaced roof tiles checked and cleaned out guttering as requested also secured the fascia where it has come loose. Craig and Liam did some 'pointing up' work on our bungalow 7th and 8th January. In spite of strong winds they worked on, cleaned up afterwards and left the bungalow in a better state than it was before. The pointing up has had chance to dry out now and looks really good. Both men were friendly and pleasant towards us. We would not hesitate in inviting them back. Thank you.

Craig and his son did an excellent job working on our house. They removed an interior wall and installed a steel beam, removed a window and bricked it up, and also removed an additional door and window and replaced it with a smaller window. They were friendly, courteous and very tidy. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a tremendous job on the project. Excellent communication, arrived on time and were a pleasure to have in the house. Best of all, they were great with our very shy dog!
