*Customer Feedback* This trader came to give me a quote to fix a fence panel blown over in high winds. If he had said the job was too small and not worth his while I would have understood but he didn't. He led me to believe he would come and fix it. It was a high price for the job but I accepted it. I chased him up twice and eventually gave up. Not very reliable. Why did he not just say no? *Traders Reply* I visited the property to view the fence panel and work out what was needed as the lady wanted to keep the original panel, so I knew that this was a small job from the first initial phone call. I then went away to work out a cost to salvage the panel keeping its original look but making it solid and neat. The lady was then called to be given our quote for the works and told we are busy but would fit it in as soon as possible which she agreed to. Then within two to three weeks I see that we have had this complaint made. As far as I am aware we have not received any calls from the lady to chase us up and all missed calls are returned.

Good advice and a really good job installing fencing to the back of my property, including corners and on a sloping site. Thank you, guys.

David did an excellent job putting up fencing on a difficult section of ground. He talked through the options with us and came up with a good solution, arranging for special fittings to be made. He and his team were pleasant to deal with throughout. Definitely our first choice for any further work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We are very pleased with what Dave and colleagues have done for us. The decking in our back garden has degraded due to years of neglect by the previous owners of the house and has to be replaced.
