I contacted Dean in the afternoon about a roof leak, and he arranged to come round the next morning. He found and fixed the problem, then followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was OK. The weather was very wet by then, and none of it was coming in. Dean was pleasant, knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with. He communicated clearly and did what he said he would do. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

Dean answered the initial enquiry quickly; he came and diagnosed the problem and sent a quotation promptly. Dean kept me informed when the work would start. He did an excellent job on lead flashings/ pointing/sealing window edges. Would recommend Dean highly.

I used Mr Dean Thornley to dismantle an old chimney stack. He provided me with a detailed quotation for the work involved which I accepted. We arranged a date for the work which was completed on time and to a good standard. He cleaned up after the job and removed all the rubbish. I would recommend this man to other people.

I was impressed by Dean Thornley. He arrived quickly to assess work needed, and provided me a detailed quote and also testimonials from previous clients, one of whom I knew well quite by coincidence. The work, involving clearing main roof, repairs to gutterings and new snow board and also polycarbon sheets over kitchen extension, was completed to a high standard, even though it took longer to complete due to delays caused by constant rain. When I returned home, you wouldn't have believed he'd been. No mean feat, as job required poly carbon roof over kitchen extension to be replaced and needed indoor scaffold. Would recommend Dean highly.
