I contacted Dean in the afternoon about a roof leak, and he arranged to come round the next morning. He found and fixed the problem, then followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was OK. The weather was very wet by then, and none of it was coming in. Dean was pleasant, knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with. He communicated clearly and did what he said he would do.
