Michael and colleague turned up on time. They were courteous and friendly. We provided our own carpet and underlay which was fitted beautifully - not an easy task as our house is very old and doesn't possess a single level floorboard. No mess whatsoever and very good price. Communication excellent. Many companies won't fit carpets if they don't provide them. I'm glad Michael does and will definitely use again and recommend.

Mick showed us his range of tough vinyl's and gave a very reasonable quote to supply and fit our choice. On fitting day he was prompt, professional, helpful with advice and pleasant to talk to. Fabulous experience! Mick worked around my working hours to come and measure up, let me look at samples and provide a quote, he then kept in touch frequently to arrange a fitting date this time working around me decorating and answer all the questions I had. Mick and his colleague were polite, friendly and professional. The carpet was fitted within 2 hours and we are so happy with it. The product is of great quality and feels so luxurious under our feet! We will definitely be using Mick again!

We have now used Michael's services twice. We first used him to fit a bedroom carpet that we had purchased. He did such a good job, we then asked him to supply and fit carpets for our hall, landing and stairs, and dining room and lounge. We are really pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.
Our dad had been extremely ill and in hospital for five weeks. A few days prior to his discharge back home, we thought that it would be nice to have a new carpet fitted in his lounge as a 'welcome home' surprise. But had we left it too late? After explaining our wish to Mick of Michael Brown carpets he and colleague Jordan pulled out all the stops to make sure a new carpet was chosen, ordered, collected and fitted - all within a matter of days. Mick and Jordan removed the old carpet for us, even helping to move heavy furniture out of the room and replacing it all when the new carpet was down. They were friendly, courteous and 'highly qualified' professional fitters. And for a first-class, quality service, the price was very acceptable too! I will definitely be using Michael Brown Carpets again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this caring, skilled and professional company.
