Found the company via Trusted Trader. Came out promptly to fix the lock on our back door which had caused it to jam and locked shut. Fully explained the problem and changed the parts that had broken. Friendly, professional and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.

Lock was starting to wear. Bernard Toon and Son rang us back to confirm an appointment. They turned up on time, within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part with them and fixed it within about 20 minutes. Charged a reasonable price. We will use them again for any future issues.
