Wanted someone reliable and trustworthy to bring my patio back to standard. They were recommended by neighbours of mine who had also used them. Worked really hard in preparation for the job, not easy because very back breaking work. Wouldn't hesitate to use again as very hard working guys. My patio is now ready for the summer and looks a treat.

I have asked LBS to carry out alterations, roof repairs and garden work over many years. John has diagnosed and repaired roof issues and offered creative valuable advice on alterations and construction inside and out. The work is always of a very high standard and carried out with care and precision. John and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. I was looking for someone honest and reliable to investigate a leak in the lounge causing the laminate flooring to rise and difficulty opening the door. He immediately put our minds at rest upon meeting him when he advised experience of such a problem. When a section of the screed was removed it was apparent it was bad workmanship and set about relaying the central heating pipes to the correct depth. Having faith in John's ability we then had extra work and replaced the central heating radiator. I would recommend him as he is a trustworthy workman.

We had Lawn Building Services at our last house in 2007 to do a rear double storey extension and roofing work to a terraced house. They did such a fantastic job we decided to have them again at our new property in 2021. We live in a ex council house which hadn't had much work done to it in decades. Two of our children are disabled and we needed the house making more efficient for their needs. This involved having a lounge extension to create a larger play room. We also had an outside shower room extension as my son has a lot of personal hygiene needs. They made a canopy for us to get to the shower room from the house. We are very pleased with these extensions. They did loads of other great work too which included:- kitchen renovation and wall removed to create large kitchen. Drain work, new patio and garden walls, upstairs bathroom refurbishment, front door shelter, pointing-guttering, loft conversion, painting and decorating, new laundry room, new pantry with shelving. John was so helpful in his design skills and made everything perfect. The team were all friendly, polite, punctual, helpful, clean and tidy.

John replaced a rotten lintel for us, his price was competitive and his work was excellent. He arrived on time, cleaned up when he had finished for the day and was polite, friendly and professional throughout. He clearly takes a pride in his work. I am totally satisfied with the work he has done and so have arranged with him for some more small works to be carried out.
