Midlands Property Maintenance fitted us a new boiler system. They were very conscientious and worked carefully and cleanly. They also replaced some radiators for us - old ones for more modern and we are very happy with the work . They were polite and went out of their way to do a good job. I would recommend.
Marc and the team were excellent. I have a phase 2 project for the house which I will have no hesitation working with these guys again. They are hardworking turned up when they said, cleaned up after themselves and what I was most pleased with was the honesty. No estimation, just quote so I knew what the cost was from the start. Marc was helpful and adapted to my changes throughout the project without any issue. Nothing was to difficult. Thank you again to all.
Midland Property Maintenance were fantastic. Very helpful and our garden looks lovely. We had some decking and concrete bases put in. The team were really accommodating and were happy to answer any of our questions. My Dad recommended MPS to us as he was really impressed too. We would definitely recommend to others and use again!
An outside door unused for years was stuck fast. MPM responded to my call extremely quickly, fixed the problem, cleaned up, and left me with a functioning door. Good job and very nice guys. Thanks - your efforts much appreciated.
I cannot praise Marc and the team enough. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a full kitchen replacement along with several other items. I am thrilled with the outcome, better than I expected and I put this down to Marc and the team really wanting to do the best possible job and their fab communication throughout.
