MKSR Plumbing and Heating

I had a lot of urgent work needing to be done and Steve was very obliging and managed to fit me in, despite being very busy. He and his partner Paul are very pleasant to deal with. They are totally trustworthy and I felt the final bill was perfectly fair. Steve is very knowledgeable, skilled, careful and thorough. They had to do a lot of work over a long time to do with the gas central heating and putting in a new shower cubicle and also fitting a new gas hob. Steve did not want any interim payments despite me offering, and was in no hurry to send me the final bill! Steve really puts himself out to help.

We had Steve to uninstall existing gas cooker and then install a new one. He was just great and charged a very fair price for the job. He left the job clean and tidy and set up our new cooker to perfection. He even helped to put our old cooker outside ready for our waste collection service. I would recommend Steve to anyone he really is someone that can be trusted, I will use him always for future work.

We had a boiler service with Steve which he carried out most efficiently, with little upset to us and our home. He arrived on time, completed all necessary paperwork and charged a very fair price for any extra work needed. Will book again.

I rang Steve in a bit of a panic, as I had discovered a leak in my hot water tank situated in the roof space and was due to go away. Steve and Paul attended sorted out the leak, enabling me to carry on with my plans, with peace of mind. This is not the first time I have used MKSR and will continue to do so.

Steve and team did a very good job, but difficult for them. On time. As quoted. They were both great, very personable lads. Would highly recommend them.
