About Neil's Digger Services
With over 22 years of operating experience Neil established Neil's Digger Services in 2004 while working in conjunction with local builders and driveway contractors. Now Neil has his own driveway, paving, fencing and landscaping division. Having worked in the groundwork's industry for many years, Neil has various types of licences for Excavators and C.P.C.S. (Construction Plant Competent Scheme).

Neil and Tony have worked wonders on our back garden. Neil made suggestions which we went with which has made our garden even better. Neil turned up on time every day, they both worked extremely hard in really hot weather. Neil was very efficient with his ordering of supplies so never had to wait for anything to arrive. He also collected some supplies himself so he could crack on without being delayed. They tidied up each day after themselves and removed equipment from our garden if it was no longer needed. Would we use Neil again? Absolutely. This was the second job that Neil has done for us, that's why we wanted him again, for our awkward back garden. We are absolutely delighted with our garden and it will be a pleasure to use it more thanks to Neil and Tony. If you need work done, give Neil a ring.

I have used Neil for several jobs in the past including the landscaping of my rear garden. However, this time I asked Neil to provide me with a new driveway. Neil had large photographs of other driveways he had done in the area and a website where I was able to look at his previous work. I was extremely pleased with Neil's work as he took time to prepare the groundworks before laying the brindle blocks. He quoted 5 days to complete the job and arrived early each morning and left everything tidy at the end of each day. He also provided me with a new front doorstep and even fixed my door number to the side of the house for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neil to anyone wanting a new driveway. I am a very happy customer.
We were warned there was a three month waiting list when we got quote for new driveway, but this ran over by two months due to problems with suppliers and materials putting all his jobs behind. I had no problem with this as I know several people having the same issues. The quote was at the top end of what I expected, but he did not raise this due the rising price in materials and we paid what he'd quoted five months previously. The work was done efficiently to a high standard and I have waited three months to see if there were any problems before posting a review. Overall happy with the end result so far.
We are delighted that we chose this business to do our block driveway. They arrived on time each day. You felt at ease that they knew exactly what they were doing, and what was to be done. We used Neil's Digger Services previously to have a side path and patio laid and also a rear garden fence. Neil and his colleague did such a great job we did not hesitate to ask them to replace the fence at the side of the house and front garden. A neat and tidy job with all old fencing removed. A great job indeed and completed in two days in really hot temperatures. We could not be happier.
Neil and Tony came to dig out the base of an old barn and the adjacent ground to build me a a vegetable garden, supported by railway sleepers all around the edge. They were great, they put in a lot of effort to make sure the job was finished just as I wan ted. I will be delighted to use them again, and recommend them to anyone else.

Excellent new patio laid by Neil and his colleague. Neil is also tackling new garden fencing and side path today. He is also going to erect new fencing the length of the house and front garden. We could not be more pleased with his work. He does a great job at a good fair price. He accommodates our requests and is easy to talk to and a genuine nice chap. Well all I can say is what a fantastic job Neil has done with our garden it looks amazing, everything Neil has done is of a very high standard and nothing is too much trouble I would highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting their garden doing . Neil and his team did a fantastic job. They were polite, worked hard, tackled all snags without quibbling and left the site clean and tidy. Despite some challenging weather conditions from the hottest day on record, to some of the wettest days, they stuck at the job in hand wherever practicable, much to their credit. Neil not only worked to our wishes but also made some valued suggestions on ways to get the best results. Unlike many other tradespeople we have used before, Neil worked without us needing to supervise activities. I'm delighted with the end result and I wouldn't hesitate to give my recommendation for the quality and value for money of his work.

Neil came around, talked some ideas of what could be done, gave us a quotation for the works being stone slabbing, fencing and general tidy up. He arrived as planned completed the work and totally transformed the rear garden of my mums bungalow. This is the second time we have used him and will definitely recommend him to others.
