Simon did a great job on our house, replacing the flat roof spaces with rubber roofing and insulating them, complete new soffits, fascias and guttering, removed a chimney etc. He was well-priced and courteous, even turning up at 4'o'clock on a Friday after noon to spend an hour filling a skip. Most trades seem to clock off long before on a Friday! He is very busy so can be hard to get hold of, but he managed to fit us in even when our project got delayed which we very much appreciated.

Simon has just fitted a complete new slate roof, soffits, facias and guttering to a large Edwardian property for my husband and I. He was superb from the day he quoted to the day he finished the job. Simon is a craftsman in every way and cares passionately about what he does. He took time and care in recommending the slates we used and then sourced them at a good price. Simon also reclaimed as many slates as he could and gave us a reduction for the ones he could use, he was the only roofer to quote for us who was honest enough to tell us the old slates had some value. I have never seen a craftsman work so hard, he was always cheerful, polite and a pleasure to have around. Highly recommended in every way.

We had to wait a little while for Simon to come to our job but this was because it did not impact on our home as such - it was to re-roof our large outhouses. But he is busy because he is reasonably priced and a skilled worker doing a quality job. He came to us exactly when he said he would when we accepted his price quotation. He leaves the site nice and tidy at the end of the day with no rubbish laying around, and his work is first class. I recommend him completely.
