Once again Andy and his apprentice did a great job of carrying out pruning bushes, trees and tidying up the garden, he gives good advice and is meticulous in his work. Always on time and tidies up before he leaves, would recommend him to anybody.

Andy has been my go-to person for 6 years. This year he's removed an old patio which was unsafe and has re-laid a new patio and footpath and also fitted new fence panels. He has made a wonderful job of all this, he is efficient, he listened to what I wanted and he planned everything. He arrives on time, he works hard, he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is as I wanted it to be. He charges a fair price and is always pleasant. I would highly recommend Andy for tree work and landscaping.

This is the third time Andy has been to do tree work for us and each time he has done a wonderful job. He askes exactly what you want, he listens, he gives advice, he gives a fair quote. They arrive on time, they are well organised, they do the work and they clear up when they have finished, you couldn't ask for better. Andy is a lovely man, friendly, helpful, I would highly recommend BTC for all your tree work.

Employed this company for several years to cut hedges on an annual basis. 2019 didn't come too busy, 2020 didn't come after several phone calls. Recent contact asking him to come as I had been very patient..his reply..so have all the others. Rude and shows he doesn't care about his regular customers. Ex retail manager absolutely disgusting he admits he does not care about his customers.

Andy and his assistant cut back and reshaped two large trees for us. They arrived on time, were polite and worked hard for almost 5 hours, including shredding and taking away the cut branches and tidying up afterwards. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

We had a need to remove a number of Leylandii trees. Andy and his 2 assistants were punctual, polite and very professional. Following tree excavation they re-instated the ground in preparation for replacement fencing. They tidied up on job completion to our satisfaction. Needless to say, I immediately instructed Andy to prepare quotation for the next phase. I have no hesitation in recommending Bakewell Tree Care Ltd.

I needed a tree and tree stumps removing. I was very impressed with this trader. The job was done at the time and date arranged. They did exactly what I wanted and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this firm to others.

Kept me updated as to when he could complete the job. Was prompt on the day we had arranged and carried out an excellent job. Polite, accommodating and very tidy. Highly recommended.

I asked for a hedge to be reduced in height, and for a tree to be removed. Very efficient, did a very good job, were pleasant and helpful, and tidied away brilliantly. Very happy to recommend them.

Andy and his workmate did a great job in lowering my conifer hedge, they cleared up all the mess afterwards and charged a reasonable fee. I am very happy with the job they did and would use Bakewell Tree Care again.

Andy came round with Isaac and Brandon to prune ten trees of various sizes and to reduce the lily growth in our nature pond, the latter was the hardest and dirtiest job but Andy put on his waders and got stuck in. I would certainly have them back. Andy even took the time to advise a neighbour about her monkey puzzle tree.

Andy first came to remove some tree stumps. He and his team were very efficient and I was impressed at how quickly they worked. He quoted for some fencing for me along with several other companies, but Andy was the only one who gave me the confidence that the job although difficult would be done well. They were all polite, they cleaned up after themselves when they had finished and were a pleasure to have around doing work for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bakewell Tree Care.

We have used Andy previously and he was exceptional. However, this time despite calling and giving us an estimate approx 5 weeks ago which we accepted straight away he failed to come back to do the work. This was despite me sending emails and him replying 'next week'. Unfortunately next week never came even though he was advertising for work on fb after the storm about 3 weeks ago saying he was available. He knew why the work was required and we feel let down by his unprofessional attitude. He will probably say it was our fault in some way but we accepted his estimate in good faith, why did he bother to come out in the first place? What a waste of time.
