PPS Plumbing are very reliable, friendly and efficient company. The work they have done for me on two occasions now has been absolutely brilliant and their work is exemplary and their prices are very reasonable. I have used this trader on a regular basis for a number of years now since finding Paul on the Trusted Trader site. Again highly impressed with the latest work carried out by Alex and Paul comprising replacing a seized stop tap and an outside tap.
Paul contacted me from my message and he rearranged his schedule to come to me urgently as we had no heat in one of our main rooms and my husband is ill and feels the cold. They found the issue very quickly and swapped the programmer from an unused room so that we got heat while they ordered a replacement. They were absolutely amazing, so efficient and very friendly and caring. I have booked them for another job and will use them for our central heating annual services from now on. Thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service as usual from Paul and his team, arranged a same day call out with Paul to repair a very noisy CH pump and poor system circulation. Alex and co replaced said pump there and then resulting in a much improved CH system. Alex diagnosed further improvements were needed to clear system fouling and I am sure this future work will be done with the same efficiency and friendliness when it can be arranged with Paul.

PPS Plumbing is a company I use with confidence. PPS literally saved me and my home from blowing up due to a plumber that did faulty works on a closed central heating system, when no other plumber would help. PPS put the central heating back to the way it should have been installed and rectified all the ills of the previous 'plumber'. Paul and his colleague were very helpful, they came to fix a leak in my elderly mother's bathroom which had resulted in the kitchen ceiling having water dripping through it. They quickly located the leak and took the trouble to show me exactly what the problem was. They left everything tidy and were very friendly and personable. We were left in a mess by a "builder" leaving us with no heating or hot water on the day we moved into our renovated property. The builder phoned Paul in the hope he would tell us the boiler was broke and it was due to being switched off. However, Paul is an honest and fair man and told the builder it was his fault. I've used Prime Plumbing for several years for small jobs like boiler services. So when it came to the crunch and I needed a new boiler they were the first I called. The price quoted seemed fair, and both Paul and Alex put a lot of work in to sort out the boiler and a new cistern too. They've also given me an idea about diverting unused solar energy to heat water, which I wasn't aware of previously. PPS have always been helpful when I've needed them, and don't hesitate to return if something isn't quite right. They have also fitted in around our busy schedules, unlike some traders that we have used in the past.

Paul and Alex from PPS Plumbing recently installed a new gas central heating boiler and TRV's for me. I chose PPS on the basis they are a registered installer on the Manufacturers website and their reviews on Trusted Trader. They were extremely helpful, they operated cleanly and efficiently and arrived when they said they would. I would definitely recommend you give then a call. Based on the boiler install, I have gone on to use them to replace my shower. I recommended them to a friend, who has now used them to install a new gas cooker. My friend was also impressed, with them. We both commented that its great to have a trader you can trust and who actually turns up when they say they will and that do a great job.

Paul and his team were thoroughly professional, from the initial call through to carrying out the work. Paul listened to what we wanted, offered useful advice and didn't try to push us into things we didn't want. They did an excellent job at a fair price replacing our old boiler with the one we wanted, another plumber had told me it wasn't available due to Covid/Brexit etc. Paul's staff were respectful, turned up on time and were the only company of the three that quoted who bothered to wear masks in the house.
