Sahib Building, Plumbing and Heating

This guy only deals in cash, he fitted a new boiler for me. After a year I got a gas engineer for a service and he told me and showed me the mistakes he had made when he fitted the boiler including not fitting a magnetic filter to collect all the rust particles from the radiators so it doesn?t go into the boiler, which was on the paperwork. Fitted a wrong size pipe, should have fitted a water stop tap because I?ve got a water meter but wasn?t fitted. If that wasn?t enough there was a gas leak on my meter where this man was working. Another emergency engineer was called and he told me that this pipe should have been covered before gas welding was done. Both of the engineers confirmed this, so I tried ringing Sahib about 15 times, left numerous voicemail and text messages, but this guy didn?t have the decency to reply. I would definitely not recommend this man for any gas work. I?ve also been told by this new engineer that he?s not sure if my warranty is void on my new boiler. I feel he?s ripped me off and people should avoid this guy at all costs !

Ranjeet was very professional and did a splendid Job. He fitted doors and locks throughout our whole property, as well as some plumbing. He was very punctual and courteous and the quality of his work was exceptional. He charged us a fair price for the work involved and kept us informed throughout the whole project. He was very tidy in his work and considerate of us in this regard making cleaning up after much easier. Would definitely work with Sahib Builders once more in the future.

Excellent work by this tradesperson. Gave a reasonable quote, started the job when he promised to do it and ensured the area inside and outside the house was clean from start to finish. Good communication throughout especially when we needed to change our plans slightly to do some more work. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to refer Sahib services.

Ranjeet helped us out when we were in a very bad situation, Ranjeet was here quickly found out what was wrong and sorted the situation out very quickly and was super efficient and I would recommend Ranjeet with out question.

We required a tradesman to replace, our old metal gate and put a wooden one in its place, The gentleman from Sahib came round when he said he would and measured up and sent us a quote which was acceptable. Within a few days he came round and did a very good professional job, I will have no hesitation in using their services in the future.

Ranjeet was brilliant. I had an emergency with my boiler, with no hot water or heating, and he told me a rough time to expect him on the same day - absolutely thrilled he could come the same day and that he fixed it in minutes. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if I was in a fix. Brilliant service, very professional and explained everything clearly.

Sahib left leaks on most of the radiators in my property. I employed him to do a new central heating system, supply and fit. The boiler was supposed to have a 7 year manufacturers guarantee but he did not activate the warranty nor tell me to do it so the standard manufacturers guarantee of 2 years applies now. I left him and his son unattended whilst I popped out, when I came back to my horror my old copper cylinder tank was in the back of his van, when challenged Sahib said and - it is rubbish and I am c leaning up after myself. I was fuming at this point and challenged him as to why he has left actual rubbish in my house. Stay away from this cowboy and do not leave him unattended in your property!
