The man who owned the company, Shane Calton was honest, professional and very clear about the nature of the problem and what work needed to be done to remedy it. I was very reassured and highly satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend the company without reservation.
The roofing work was carried out efficiently by the 2 workmen, who were very courteous, as was the manger, Shane, when he first met with me to deliver his quote and subsequently, when he checked on the progress of the work and at the point of me settling up. I would happily recommend this firm to others, and in fact have done!!

The Company was recommended by a friend. I had 2 more quotes but the traders didn't appear genuine. Fortunately Palace Roofline came to our rescue!

I came back from working away to my ceilings wet through, the insulation giving up in my loft and the leak taking out my boiler and electrics too. What every homeowner dreads - the roof gave up. I called endless roofing companies to try and help but to no avail until Shane from Palace Roofline turned up. He quickly quoted from what he could see and assured me they would be back. The driving rain continued and after a worried phone call, Martin came to do a temporary fix on the roof to stop the water getting in until the supplies arrived. A few days later, the scaffolding went up and the job was done quickly and with a very high standard. Perfectly straight and water tight. Martin and Shane went over and above for the job and particularly as I wasn't at home very often. They were kind, informative on every step of the way, conscientious about the work and very hard workers too. The company was rushed off their feet but found time to help me out in my hour of need. I would recommend them extremely highly for all aspects of a trading company.

Palace Roofline replaced our fascia and soffits with UPVC units. The finish looks excellent. The fitters were both pleasant and polite, and worked non stop. They even went out of their way to replace the top of our soil pipe so as to clear the new fascias. Up on completion they cleared away the mess and swept up for us. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to have their fascia and soffits replaced.
The whole process was very smooth. The products were clearly explained to us prior to purchasing, and we were able to see a physical version of the fascias, soffits, and edging. This allowed us to make an informed decision about purchasing, and also the design. The installation was done to a very high standard and Mike and Matthew were very friendly and helpful, explaining the process and leaving us with beautiful new fascias and soffits and everything tidy.

After receiving a quote from another company for well over £200 to fit dry verge and do a small amount of remedial work to gutter and Facia. Shane came out to quote for the job. We immediately booked to have the work done as it was a third of the price. Martin did a 1st class job, everywhere was left clean and tidy. Will certainly use in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.
We were exceptionally pleased with our replacement fascias, soffits and guttering. Phil and Callum were such good, hard working and clean workers. The work was by no means rushed but well carried out in 3 days. We would have no hesitation in using this firm again and have already recommended it to one person we know. We had quite a few months to wait after booking but that didn't bother us and was very understandable in these difficult times by such a busy company.

Shane is always very professional in his dealings with us and Martin completed today's job to fit Verge Covers to two Gable Ends to a high standard and very efficiently in extremely cold conditions. First Class service from start to finish. Contacted Shane about a quote for Mock Tudor Cladding with White Inlay and got a fair price with no rush to accept straight away. I contacted the company for advice two years after the initial installation work was done due to experiencing some problems with a leak. They investigated and it was found to be due to a blockage in the guttering. They came out and cleared the problem without charge even though they didn't have to do this. They always say you can judge a company on the quality of their after-sales service and they are right. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

We were let down by a previous unregistered contractor, who left our dry verge work insecure and unsafe. Shane and Martin came and carried out temporary repairs and followed up by fitting a new dry verge system on the following day. Excellent work, professional & friendly staff.
