I picked ISM based on good reviews and was not disappointed. We needed heating system modifications doing in an upstairs flat but it was critical there were no leaks into the premises below. Ross did the work quickly and very professionally without any issues at all, at a very fair price. We highly recommend him.
I can't thank Ross enough for his work and diligence. He arrived on time and did everything he said he would, he visited three times in 2 weeks, to correct other plumbers failings, then serviced the boiler. This after 2 previous plumbers had left me without reliable heating/hot water since before Christmas 2021. Ross took the time to fully check, make safe and clean my boiler. Also when diagnosing my boilers longstanding issue, he took cautious, cost conscious decisions, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Ross to anyone. Six weeks later, I still have a working boiler and remain grateful for the time and effort Ross took on my behalf. Thank you.
Ross has installed a new boiler for us, the job was done efficiently and at a reasonable price. We are so pleased with the workmanship and how tidily the job has been done. He clearly takes pride in his work and completes jobs to a high standard. I would highly recommend him and will be using him for my future plumbing jobs.
Done a great job fitting new central heating system and new gas pipes, took all old system away and cleaned up after the work done. All piping looks very neat and just how we wanted it, would definitely recommend 100%.

Ross is absolutely brilliant and completely trust worthy. His workmanship is excellent, all the rubbish was taken away. I would really recommend Ross, I had a boiler taken out of my kitchen and relocated upstairs.
Good service, kept the place clean during the work. worked hard, minimum disruption. Fixed up things that needed a bit more attention, such as the gas pipes at the meter.

Ross worked very conscientiously working to installing a new boiler and explained how the system was to be operated. I was very pleased with how the installation was undertaken and would have no hesitation in recommending Ross to anyone who was, similarly, in the need of a new boiler and a Gas Safe Installer to complete the work.
Ross is a Very tidy worker, cleans up after his work, very efficient: We have used him for replacing tap, fitting and installing new Radiators. He goes out of his way to help people and his prices are very reasonable. We have found his work exceptionally good and would not consider going anywhere else. He even contacted me during lockdown to ensure we were Ok. He's a great guy.
