I can't thank Ross enough for his work and diligence. He arrived on time and did everything he said he would, he visited three times in 2 weeks, to correct other plumbers failings, then serviced the boiler. This after 2 previous plumbers had left me without reliable heating/hot water since before Christmas 2021. Ross took the time to fully check, make safe and clean my boiler. Also when diagnosing my boilers longstanding issue, he took cautious, cost conscious decisions, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Ross to anyone. Six weeks later, I still have a working boiler and remain grateful for the time and effort Ross took on my behalf. Thank you.
Ross has installed a new boiler for us, the job was done efficiently and at a reasonable price. We are so pleased with the workmanship and how tidily the job has been done. Done a great job fitting new central heating system and new gas pipes, took all old system away and cleaned up after the work done. All piping looks very neat and just how we wanted it, would definitely recommend 100%.

Ross is absolutely brilliant and completely trust worthy. His workmanship is excellent, all the rubbish was taken away. I would really recommend Ross, I had a boiler taken out of my kitchen and relocated upstairs.
Good service, kept the place clean during the work. worked hard, minimum disruption. Fixed up things that needed a bit more attention, such as the gas pipes at the meter.

Ross worked very conscientiously working to installing a new boiler and explained how the system was to be operated. I was very pleased with how the installation was undertaken and would have no hesitation in recommending Ross to anyone who was, similarly, in the need of a new boiler and a Gas Safe Installer to complete the work.
Ross is a Very tidy worker, cleans up after his work, very efficient: We have used him for replacing tap, fitting and installing new Radiators. He goes out of his way to help people and his prices are very reasonable. We have found his work exceptionally good and would not consider going anywhere else. He even contacted me during lockdown to ensure we were Ok. He's a great guy.

If you're looking for any boiler repair, maintenance or install, Ross Melis should be one of the engineers you call for a quote, and then to do the job! He was excellent at explaining what needed doing and what he was working on, as he replaced my boiler. And he didn't over-explain, look for extra work to increase the quote, or do less than we had agreed was required. For me, having a local trader makes a massive difference, as does supporting local businesses. And Ross is an excellent reflection of his trade. And I felt at ease having him in the house all day - especially as a single female. So, if you are looking for someone who is courteous, wont overcharge, and has excellent customer service skills, I totally recommend Ross Melis.
Have used Ross for all our plumbing requirements over last few years and would highly recommend. Latest job was to renew the shower/remove and replace fittings, replace kitchen taps whilst others retiled the bathroom etc. He had to put right issues that became apparent as a result of less competent contractors and the bathroom is much improved as a result. Always on time, knows his stuff and can confidently let him get on with it.
Ross Mellis is very good at his job. We came across him a few weeks ago when he fitted a new toilet for us and we asked him for price for fitting two new radiators and to move a third for us, he gave such a good price that we asked him replace a further two as well that we thought we could not afford to replace. He was pleasant and very polite all the time, he came when he said he would and left us with no mess to clean-up. We would recommend him to anyone looking to get a plumbing job done and cannot praise his work enough, we would certainly use him again.
Very satisfied with the job, which was the replacement of three radiators. Ross has a professional approach to his work. He is punctual, a tidy worker and has a pleasant nature. He has been undertaking plumbing jobs for me for several years.
