Alistair from Allsuns Electrical came to fit a new control panel for our underfloor heating. A relatively small job but carried out very satisfactorily. Alistair was punctual, friendly, efficient and communicated well. We chose him from a recommendation and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
What a breath of fresh air, after dealing with unprofessional people, people who fail to turn up or do a half decent job, say they will do something and never get round to it. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who is good at communication, does a job at a fair price, cleans up and alerts you to things that may not be safe that you need to be aware of. When you have found a decent electrician you need not look anymore, thank goodness.

One of the best tradesmen I have found for a long time. Alistair was absolutely spot on throughout, wiring, security lights, bathroom lights and fan, switches as necessary. I certainly would recommend him to anyone who requires a good electrician who knows his job inside out.

Needing some electrical work in our new house we used Trusted Trader to find Allsuns and were delighted with the result. Alistair and Charlie were great. Arrived on time to move a media plate and install a fused spur so that we can have a fireplace fitted next week, as well as install an additional socket. The work was carried out very professionally and we were issued with an Electrical Works Certificate on completion. They were thorough and methodical leaving the sitting room and bedroom clean and tidy. We have asked them to look at some other work for us now - so YES we would use Allsuns Electrical again.

Having used him before I called on his services again, Alistair came out to deal with a faulty trip switch in the Consumer unit leaving us with many dead plug sockets in our very old house. He managed to arrive earlier than arranged which was a bonus and sorted the issue promptly. While there I asked him to quote me to have another plug socket put in, he did and due to it being such a simple task completed it there and then. I am grateful to him again for his work. A trusted trader who I found via this site in the first place. Will be calling on him again as and when required. Thank you.
Alistair has done work for us before. This time he suggested the best way to achieve our requirements to provide power in our summerhouse, quoted a fair price and subsequently completed the work to a high standard and tidied up afterwards. We will be booking him again for further work in the future.
Very happy with Allsun's work - we've used them more than once and always found them competent, reasonable and a pleasure to have around. They also do a good job of tidying up after themselves. My only hesitation with giving Alistair a good review is that they're already in such demand, I don't want to have to wait longer to get a slot in their schedule next time we need a job doing!

Just had Allsuns rewire a very old house that we've just bought. Extremely hard and conscientious workers who had quite a few challenges, to say the least, during this job. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys they found solutions for the trickiest of things. Worked in extremely dirty conditions including a very black soot filled 120yr old loft and cleaned up every night before they left. They're very trustworthy, reliable and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Used Alistair and Charlie to replace inoperable PIR lights and fit new outside lights with light sensor. They also moved switches and fitted lighting in my garage. Arrived on time to complete the quote, the quote was the best so engaged their services to perform the work. Again arrived on time, and cracked in with the repairs. Some redial work was required, this was also completed. Everything done professionally, they cleaned up and departed. All good, highly recommended.

Alistair had done a few small jobs for us so when we decided to have a total re-wire of our house. We discussed it fully with him and he has done a great job. I found the prospect quite daunting, but Alistair explained everything to us in advance and was always happy to answer questions and concerns. We are very pleased with the work done and would definitely recommend.
We moved into this house quite recently. When the utility lightbulb went, we found that, try as we might, we could not remove the glass covering to replace the lightbulb. We found Alistair on Trusted Trader. He came out straightaway and removed the glass covering and replaced the 2 bulbs. Very reasonable price too. Cheerful and friendly. Can highly recommend.

I have used Alastair in the past from small jobs to larger jobs such a the whole rewire of my kitchen extension. He was initially recommended to me by a friend. I have always found him to be very professional, never leaves a mess and is very transparent about what materials he will need and the cost etc. Communication is great - if he has been delayed on a previous job he always lets me know and keeps me updated. He always returns phone calls and responds to messages - something that a lot of tradespeople can't be bothered with these days and it's very annoying when they don't get back to you! I would say that Alastair is 100% reliable, he always sticks to the date given to do a job and gets on with the job when he arrives. He always cleans up after himself and leaves the area clean and tidy. A very pleasant chap and always does a great job - would definitely recommend and wouldn't use anyone else.

Alistair is very thorough, he explains everything he is going to do and why. He has all the correct certification and provides all the documentation needed after the work is complete. My tenant reports that he was COVID aware, very safety conscious and cleaned up well.
