Martin really knows his job, came out the same day I rang him, made sure it was my home I wanted to get into, got the door open really quick, without damaging the lock, then made sure the spare set of keys worked, friendly, polite and professional, charges were very reasonable he even tightened the barrel which was loose, highly recommend Martin's service's, would have no hesitation in using him again if needed, many thanks, definitely a trusted trader.

Martyn called as soon as he could same day to release a locked door and replace the damaged gearbox. He also adjusted the door and a second door that was catching. He was very professional and efficient, courteous, tidy and his charges were reasonable. Plus he gave lots of advice for the future. I would use him again without hesitation. 10/10.

Our initial issue was a broken front door lock, but Martyn then went on to check out and do repairs on our porch door and French windows which went well above what was expected during his visit. Martyn arrived at the agreed time, identified by his trading name embroidered on his sweatshirt, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fitted a new lock barrel which he tailored there and then to meet the particular design of that door lock. Overall, a very efficient and knowledgeable service for a very reasonable price. Since I had been coping with this problem for some time, it was a great relief to again have a door lock which works normally.

Professional, informative and an excellent job. We called Martyn as our front door lock jammed and refused to…well, lock. Martyn arrived within the hour and sorted our door out perfectly, replacing the door mechanism. He also advised us on how to look after the door mechanism so as to prolong it's life. Martyn is a courteous, cheerful and friendly individual. He will be our first port of call if needed in future and we will certainly recommend him to family and friends.

Martyn was professional, friendly and did an excellent job of getting my back door open again and replacing the lock. The new lock was larger, and he did a very careful, neat job of chiselling the hole out, so no paint needs to be replaced. He explained the best way to use the new catch, I'd never even suspected that there was a correct way to use one. Martyn also adjusted my double glazed window, free of charge, so that now I can have it partly open rather than either closed or open all the way. Martyn charges by the job, so there are no nasty surprises. I would definitely recommend him.

I used Martyn to open stuck fast UPVC doors after a friend's recommendation. Found him to be a well organised, reliable and pleasant tradesman, arriving at the agreed time and carrying out an efficient repair without causing damage to the doors.
