I have used the company for many years and they did a great job 8 years ago putting in a new boiler and they have serviced this annually up to the present date. I didn't use trusted trader on this occasion as I knew the company have provided a good service over the years.

Dave supplied and fitted a new tall radiator as part of our kitchen renovation. Provided brochures for us to make our own choice, gave a price breakdown for the job which was very reasonable . On the day of fitting, he arrived on time and completed the job professionally, leaving no mess. All work done to a high standard. This is probably the third time Dave has done work on our house. He and Sam arrive on time, protect the carpets and work thoughtfully- I work from home a lot and it is no problem to be in the house at the same time, even in the next room! Dave had been round and quoted in writing, and give us a good price for hardware as well as the labour. He was able to do the whole job himself with Sam including the tiling, which this time was fitting a shower and cubicle. There was a mix up with some parts, ordered incorrectly by others, he took it in his stride. Each step has been well thought ought, he clearly has a lot of experience and the result is excellent. I was happy to give them a key when I was out, very reliable and trust worthy. Invoiced after completion exactly as quoted. Didn't even eat the biscuits we offered!
Dave and his apprentice were excellent. They fitted my new boiler efficiently and quietly and left my house neat and tidy and removed the old boiler and parts. They had a very pleasant manner and were entirely trustworthy. I would be happy to use them again. Margaret.
