Simon came out quickly to sort out aerial problems. He corrected faults by a previous fitter and fitted a new aerial. A great job, I would recommend without hesitation.
Simon was prompt at coming to see me to discuss the job, which wasn't straightforward, he gave me a price and day he could come, he talked me through what he was doing, offering a better solution. Friendly and efficient, very pleased with the work.

Simon was very professional in every aspect, trustworthy and I can thoroughly recommend him. After leaving him a message, he responded immediately and called the next day. He replaced my aerial, sorted out my recorder and was very reasonably priced. I now have an excellent picture on my TV.

I left an answer-phone message asking Simon to come about a TV that was not working, not knowing he was on holiday, and he texted me from Mexico to ensure that he would come as soon as possible after his return 2 days after his return, which I was very impressed with. He let me know he'd be 30 mins late getting here greatly appreciated. He explained to me details of the job changing an aerial and informed me about the new changes being made re TV reception. A thoroughly professional trader who I would certainly use again if necessary, and the cost was very reasonable.
Our Humax receiver had stopped working. Simon came out same day and quickly established that the satellite was not receiving a signal due to water ingress. Installed a new dish and LNB but unfortunately the water had actually damaged the inlet ports on the receiver so still no signal. He recommended a contact who he said might well be able to repair our receiver. We followed his advice and happily Digifix were able to repair our Humax. Without Simon's contact we would have probably just thrown away our machine and bought a new one, losing all the programmes we had stored on the Humax. No hesitation in recommending Simon. He was friendly, efficient and charged a fair price. Excellent service.
Really happy with the job Simon has done. Everything was done in a highly professional manner, including tidying up. He phoned in advance to say when he was coming, arrived on time, and worked hard all day to finish the job. I would recommend Simon very highly.

Simon was very helpful and flexible, putting himself out to fit in with our deadline. He came out promptly to talk about what we needed and advised us to get the work on the walls finished first as he was going to mount the TV for as well as sorting out the aerials. Would definitely use him again and recommend to others.
Simon came and gave us a good quote to install a Freesat dish and box. He completed the job within a few days, very efficiently and he was a pleasant trader to do business with. We would use him again and certainly recommend him.
