Fantastic joiner who has been a god send to us after being let down so many times. The skirting to our extension was absolutely amazing as we never thought it possible to look so good with a slightly higher floor to work with . The piece of oak that was transformed into a shelf to house the toilet unit was above and beyond our expectations. We have been so impressed with Tony on each occasion and have fully trusted him with keys to our home numerous times. Coming back to a clean and tidy home has to be the icing on the cake, wouldn't even believe he'd been in the house as things were left perfect. Fully recommend this guy to anybody that is in need of an exceptional joiner and more than willing to provide photographs of his excellent work. An absolutely fantastic guy for who nothing is too much trouble, can't wait for his return in the New Year for our next project .

Tony has undertaken a significant amount of work on our property over the past 2 years including joinery work and decorating. We have always found his work to be of a very high standard and he has a great attention to detail. Tony has always been reliable , punctual and totally trustworthy. We have always been happy to leave him in our home alone to undertake his work, all of which I have previously noted in my trusted trader reviews of Tony. We recently recommended him to my sister who was more than happy with his work and she has booked him again. I cannot recommend Tony more highly and we will definitely be requesting his services again next year.

*Customer Feedback* Tony came to the property. We agreed on price and timeframe of when he would start. I was explicit in explaining to him I needed the work done for Xmas. He said he would start at the end of November. After waiting 5 weeks and purchasing products in advance of the work for him he pulls out of the job the week he was meant to start stating I should find someone else. The man is totally unreliable and cannot be trusted to keep his promises. *Traders Reply* I informed Mr xxxxxx on 15th November that I was unable to do his work at the end of November, as agreed between us verbally, in good faith. I suggested that if he wanted the work carried out before Christmas he would need to find another contractor, as I unable to fit it in. I apologised on more than one occasion. I am a sole trader and was in a position where I was behind with work due to inclement weather and personal reasons, of which I informed Mr xxxxxx. By working extra hours, I managed to ensure this was the only job I had to re-arrange. I feel my actions show I am not only reliable and trustworthy but honest and truthful, in that I informed Mr xxxxxx of my inability to start the work when I originally stated. I feel my trustworthiness is also compounded by the fact that Mr xxxxxx told me he was running out of money for the job and I still offered to undertake the work. This is the only negative feedback I have had in 14 years as a member of the Trusted Trader Scheme.

We have used Tony for over 2yrs now, and can highly recommend him. He is punctual, honest, hardworking, with a good eye for detail, and his work is of a high quality. He has faced numerous challenges, in rectifying shoddy work in our home done by previous tradesmen, and has come up trumps every time. He has certainly improved our home and we won't hesitate to call on his services again.

Tony responded quickly to our enquiry and came up with an excellent solution to the boxing, tiling and finishing off in our bathroom. His workmanship is of a very high standard and he took care to be clean and tidy. Highly recommend Tony.

Tony tackled some annoying creaking bouncy floorboards with professionalism and patience. Hardworking , reliable and reasonably priced, you can't go wrong, will definitely be using him again, for any further jobs I have.

Two years ago Tony decorated our kitchen, bathroom woodwork, a metal gate, fencing and underneath the damp course as it was previously painted. This work was carried out to a very high standard and has lasted well. Two weeks ago Tony decorated a bedroom and the bathroom ceiling for us. This was done very well too. Last week Tony decorated our hall ceiling and woodwork which required 4 coats on the doors due to yellowing of the white paint. In addition, he did some other jobs such as scraping and repainting some ridge tiles, gluing kitchen cabinets and securing a birdbath. We are happy with all the work carried out and appreciated Tony's flexible can-do attitude. His prices are fair and reasonable and he is a neat and tidy decorator.

Tony worked on several jobs in our house, fitting rustic shelving, mounting a TV and a stair rail and several other small jobs, he was really honest and efficient and battled valiantly against our crumbly brick walls. Hope to use Tony again in the near future!

Tony has completed all our work to a very high standard, and at a competitive rate. Tony is a very skilled, friendly, tidy, and knowledgeable person who was able to offer practical solutions, which as laypeople we would not have considered. We have booked Tony in for future work, and would no hesitation in recommending him.

Whenever we go away, we get Tony in to paint a room! This time it was our living room. He also fitted a 'floating' mantel shelf. When we got back everything was freshly painted, no mess, and the keys through the letterbox. A very fair price as well, as usual. Looking forward to getting the kitchen painted again when we're away this December. Can't recommend Tony highly enough!!!

Tony came to my place to water tight a leaking shed and fix the doors. He found the fault of the leak and designed and implemented a fantastic solution. Tony is a gentlemen and very trustworthy. I will be offering him first refusal for any work going forward.

Tony is a great character, started the job when we agreed and finished it on time. Very neat, very methodical. We had the kitchen, living room, hallway, stairs, and landing painted. A fantastic job and would thoroughly recommend.

I am really grateful for Tony's help with my 'bouncy floorboards'! He came round at short notice to diagnose the problem, and then planned a date to come and fix it. He arrived when agreed, carried out the work efficiently and then tidied up. He was also friendly and reassuring throughout. I will keep his number handy for the next job!

Tony did a beautiful job painting our dining room last year, so we asked him to do our hallway, stairwell, staircase, and landing while we were on holiday last week. He is completely trustworthy and hardworking so we had no concerns at all with this arrangement. When we returned the hallway looked fantastic, there was no mess, and Tony had remembered my request to take a bottle of milk out of the freezer so we could have a cup of tea when we got back. He's a bit of a perfectionist so put on 3 coats of the white paint, filled various gaps, hoovered the tops of my curtain rails, painted inner edges of doors, and fixed part of our PVC door frame - all within the time frame agreed, so at no extra cost. We couldn't be happier with the results and the process. Can wholeheartedly recommend this conscientious and reliable professional.
