Mark has not long completed a single storey extension at our property and it's safe to say he has done an excellent job! Really pleased with the work, Mark took the time to keep us updated at each stage of the build and always left the site looking tidy for the following day. Would definitely recommend him and I have already asked for further quotes for different work to take place.

Mark has done a brilliant job so far, just finishing touches to complete. We were originally having a large extension but had to change things around. Mark was very understanding and accommodating. So from complete new fencing and steps to a small extension on the back of the house, utility room and a knock through of the kitchen into the dining room to make a kitchen diner which was a bigger job than we originally thought! He's done a really good job throughout. Always on time and professional. Highly recommended.

Mark provided a very good service to repair damage to my chimney following the recent storms. He responded to my calls quickly, and has done a good job.
Mark has done so much to re-model our house over a number of years, including amongst other things converting garages into a living space, replacing all the windows, installing a number of French doors, and reworking and plastering rooms. Outside the house Mark has created a wonderful patio and installed fencing. All his work is exemplary at a very reasonable price. Mark is also very friendly and easy to get along with - it is also always a pleasure have Mark around.

After being badly let down and nearly ripped off by another local builder, Mark came to the rescue. His price was fair and quality of work was amazing. Mark gave us a professional service with good advice. He turned up on time and kept us informed about progress. Our job was to repair roof leaks so I can't comment about workmanship until we see whether it leaks when it next rains.

Mark did an excellent job fitting some French doors in the place of a window. He responded quickly and provided regular updates on the order status. Installation was done efficiently and the fit and finish is great. We have now ordered a new front door and a conservatory from Mark. We have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Mark who was recommended by our friend arrived when he said he would unusual these days, as there was some delay in supply because of Covid he kept us informed of why and when to expect the work to commence. His work was carried out efficiently and politely even though the second visit for additional work was in freezing conditions. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Mark again and felt very safe in his presence.

Mark restored some pointing on my house. He answered my call promptly and was able to do the job reasonably soon. He came when he said he would come, took as long to do the job as he said he would take, charged what he said he would charge and did a very good job, leaving the site clean and tidy. Mark was on holiday when I contacted him and he contacted us, as he said he would, on his return. He also came as promised to size the job and again to carry it out. Mark and Kyle have recently removed an old stone fireplace in the lounge and built a false chimney and wall as a replacement. The walls and ceiling were completely re-plastered. All the work was done very professionally to a very high quality standard and promptly with very little mess throughout.
