Contacted a number of window repair companies. Craig was first to respond, the most helpful and the only one to actually provide a complete quote and agree to work on a tilt and turn window. Friendly, polite and cleaned up well after the work was done.
Craig communicates really well, was on time and completed the job quickly - also clear and easy payment method.
After 4 years of calling out tradesmen to fix my double glazed windows and the problem reoccurring. Craig and his son were professional, fixed the problem. They were punctual and polite.
Repeat customer following a recommendation a few years ago: this time some other windows in our property required repair and we immediately knew we'd engage Craig due to excellent service before. Craig sorted out a tilt and slide patio door that I think most people don't want to touch. If I hadn't found Craig to do it I would have probably had to buy a completely new patio door.

Highly recommend this company. They supplied and fitted new hinges and set the patio doors up. They soon realised there was a issue and removed the glass panels and stated they had been packed incorrectly and repacked them properly. These were fitted by a leading company in UPVC, so it shows even the big market leader don't always do what's right. These doors are like a brand new set, the owner's son came and carried out the work to the highest of standards, he was very professional in is work and cleaned up completely after he finished. I'd highly recommend them and wouldn't hastate to have them again. 5-Star Service. Thank you

Very satisfied with Sam's attitude and work. Called C & J on Monday regards a broken door latch and it was fixed on Tuesday morning. Sam was courteous on arrival, wore over shoes through the house and explained all the possible issues and solutions before starting work. The remedial work was carried out quickly and without fuss, also impressed that the door was cleaned after completing the work and the floor vacuumed to clear any debris. Highly recommended!

Excellent Father and Son business. Had done a small item of work for a close member of the family, which was excellent. I used them for a large piece of work involving 7 windows new glass/new hinges etc. I have since recommended and passed on the business contact details to 3 other friends who require similar remedial work carrying out. C and J replaced the roof panels on our conservatory and did a stunningly good job. The price was good, communication was excellent, they turned up on time and everything was left clean when they left. They have converted what was a rather tatty conservatory into something that looks really good. I'm very impressed and would happily use them again

Was recommended by a company to try and repair not replace our front door. I left a message for this fantastic family company. Not only did they return my call within 2 hours, they turned up 40 minutes later. They gave me an excellent price and did the job there and then. They even saw that I was missing an end cap off my sill so went to their van and found a replacement. They tidied up afterwards and were knowledgeable in all aspects of their trade. I've never left feedback on here but feel like these guys simply need to be everyone's number 1 choice for if you need any UPVC fixing.

This is the second time I have used C and J UPVC Maintenance and I would definitely use them again. They did an excellent job for a fair price and were very tidy.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received. Very prompt reply to our inquiry and the work was done straight away. We now have doors that fit properly, new locks fitted, no draughts, and no slugs getting through the gaps at the bottom! Would highly recommend this company.
After having the company that supplied and fitted our ill-fitting front door out several times over the last few years I finally gave up and spoke to Craig. He had a look and spotted the problem straight away. After he removed the old door frame and installed a new one this afternoon, we now have a front door that closes and locks with ease. An excellent job and I certainly recommend the company to anyone else looking for door/window work to be carried out.

Only wanted a door seal replacing. Finished up replacing seal, and adjusting the composite door to make it more air tight. All for the same price as replacing a seal quote. Brilliant to see a workman who knows what he is doing. And the finished job was 100% better.

I've used Craig and his team twice now for repairs to patio doors, once to fix a draught, 2nd to replace cracked hinges and he has been excellent. Punctual, polite, professional. Clear advice, good value - happily answered variety of queries about other issues, including explaining why certain things weren't worth paying for yet, and highlighting what the tipping point would be where they would need doing, when could easily have just said needed doing to get more business. Couldn't ask for more from a tradesperson. Would happily recommend to anyone looking to get more life out of their doors/windows due to a small-medium fault, or want some good advice about whether needs full replacement etc.
