From my initial phone call to completing the work Anthony was first class. He was quick to help me out of a tight spot with a UPVC door which had become stuck in the locked position. He was calm, friendly and professional whilst he carried out the repair, explaining all the options and going that extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.
