We already knew of Elegance by Design but when a friend recommended we didn't hesitate to go and look for our new shower room. Everything about this company is first class. Five star. From the planning, in the showroom with Rachel and Jill to Rachel's home visit before we committed. The installers/fitters and own tiler. Bradley, Reno, Liam and Tony. The time they take and the quality of their work. They even made us cupboard doors to match the vanity unit for a cupboard that was in there. Any decisions during the fit they discussed with you. Such a wonderful company. They deserve their glowing reviews. Friends of ours have just gone for a quote and we wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future for Bedroom or Kitchen fitting.

The overall service from 'Elegance by Design' was first class at all times. From the planning, to the fitting and the finishing touches to the kitchen we were given a very efficient service. The different stages from removal of the old units to the role of the electrician were all carried out to the highest standard and at minimal inconvenience to us as life carried on in our household. A particular mention of appreciation to Chris for his attention to detail and overall high standard of craftsmanship, and of course Rachel with the initial stress free planning process. We wholeheartedly would recommend the company to others.

Elegance By Design we recommend for New Kitchen and En-suite. The staff design, plan and fit the whole package, including flooring, electrics and tiles pay for tile labour separate direct to Liam. They provide the full package without any stress. The team are friendly and trustworthy we left them to it for one week, whilst we went away. Each day is left clean and tidy too! You won't regret buying your next kitchen or en-suite from EBD. Thank you to the whole team! We love our new rooms.

The company were very quick to respond. The fitter was very polite and he placed sheets on the floor as he came into the house so as not to tread on the floor. He was very thorough with his workings out and double checked I was ok with his plans before going ahead as it was an addition to an existing kitchen. Excellent service as always from Elegance.

En-suite shower room fitted September 22 in Hucknall. Exemplary service throughout - professional and helpful every step of the way, no surprises - other than the extremely high standard on finish. Friends/family have all commented the best tiling they've ever seen. Reno and Sarah - thank you for your patience with my design finishes. The light highlights the beautiful tiles. The flooring is an unexpected welcome choice - thanks for that. Looking forward to the next project. Getting up on a morning is much more of a pleasure. This room remains unused by anyone but me. In terms of looking after one's self I highly recommend this company for added luxury to a room refit.
Elegance by Design was recommend by a friend and we have not been disappointed. They have designed and fitted our shower room and fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms and fitted storage in the two dormer bedrooms. All of the work is to a very high standard and we would recommend them to anyone requiring a good service.
I had Elegance to fit out a new bathroom. I booked time off from work in case they needed me for questions etc. but I needn't as everything went like clockwork. The operatives were very polite and exceptionally tidy. Such a great job that I will be having my Kitchen done. I would highly recommend this Company.
They did a brilliant job as they did for the original install, 26 years ago. We're really pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail and total focus on customer satisfaction. It's all about whether you're happy with the work as the job progresses. We decided to change our choice of radiator and they installed the new one. We wanted more tiling and they arranged with the tiler. They also made further improvements that hadn't occurred to us beforehand and we were delighted. We'd always use Elegance By Design. They take pride in their work.
Everything from planning, communication and through to delivery was excellent. Reno and the team work very hard to make sure his work is of the highest quality and that you are satisfied with everything he does. His eye for bathroom design and his attention to detail is at the front of everything he does.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my elderly father. Elegance by Design remodelled my fathers bathroom into a walk in shower room. The workmanship is of a very high standard and from start to finish it was very stress free which is very important for someone of my fathers age. I could not recommend this company more. All the employees are polite and professional and I knew my father was in excellent hands.
This was the second time we have used this company. This time we had our en-suite remodelled and we could not be more happy with the end product. It looks amazing. Elegance by Design are by far the best business I have come across. From entering the door for an enquiry to the finished product they take care of you every step of the way. Their advice and support throughout is second to none as is the craftsmanship and attention to detail. To top it all they are the tidiest tradespeople I've ever had the pleasure to use. A completely trustworthy company whose aim is complete customer satisfaction. The fitting team are very professional and work to the highest standards. Having had them fit a bedroom, a kitchen and recently a bathroom I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this company to anyone.
Professional service. I have used Elegance by Design for years. We still have fitted wardrobes that were fitted over 12 years ago still look brand new. They provide work that lasts. They have done my son's bedroom and a bespoke unit in our playroom to display Lego.

I had used this company to upgrade my kitchen after purchasing my property in 2019. I was very happy with the work, attention to detail and cleanliness. I have now just had my bathroom replaced and I am again very pleased with the standard of the work and all the fittings. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional, trustworthy and friendly service.
Elegance by Design fitted my kitchen 10 years ago but 2 of the cupboard doors needed replacing along with the light pelmet As you might expect door styles have changed but a perfect match was found and Elegance by Design came and fitted them with no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend them for their customer service and workmanship.

We have used Elegance by Design in Hucknall on 3 different occasions. They have fitted out 2 bedrooms for us and have now just updated our kitchen. With regards to the kitchen, Rachael came out to the house to see what we had in mind. She was happy to discuss our needs and plan what was required; nothing was too much trouble. Tony and Joe did the refit and made an excellent job; they were always punctual, friendly and helpful. We could not be more pleased with the results particularly with the Rainbow Sparkle splash-back behind the cooker! and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants a first-class job doing.

We have used Elegance previously to do our kitchen so, when we wanted two bedrooms updating, there was no question of who we would ask. Professional, clean, friendly staff. Everything is included in the price except tiling and decoration. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
I went on a quest to have my bathroom renovated and upgrading, and wow!, Elegance by Design achieved this beyond my expectation. Everything from ripping everything out and making good the foundation, electrical, plumbing, tiling and flooring was done to a very high standard. The team were all friendly, yet professional. I'm more than happy with my exquisite and timeless bathroom. It was well worth the investment.

Very professional from start to finish, work completed excellent. Found small fault on radiator after work finished it was replaced straight away no hesitation, customer service excellent. All staff from showroom to fitters polite and courteous, would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Excellent service. They were very tidy during the weeks they were here. We are very happy with the bathroom they designed for us. We had booked new windows to be fitted by another contractor who was a couple of weeks late. Elegance were very understanding and happy to come back to finish their work when the windows were in. Definitely worth recommending.
