Jason is very knowledgeable and professional. We've had him out twice for separate issues. 1st time he fixed our rat problem and the 2nd time he just saved us some money and advised us on what to do in order to avoid another potential rat problem.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable any a really nice bloke. He came out quickly and sorted our wasp problem there and then. Really reasonable price and even offers to come back free of charge if the problem is not sorted as a result of the first visit not that we needed it, within an hour of him leaving all wasp activity had ceased! Top man, would really recommend him.

I phoned Jason for help as I thought we had a wasps nest. He advised me this was not the case and it was honey bees we had. He gave me so much advice and his knowledge is amazing. We had a large wasp nest in our roof space and they were accessing the bedroom and I had got stung in the night. We rang Attrap and as he was between jobs, he turned up to us within 10 minutes. He gave a thorough examination and explanation of the problem and quoted us a very fair price which we accepted. I then asked when he could do it? and he replied 'now if you like. He treated the wasp nest and immediately the problem began to recede. He asked us to contact him if the wasps didn't go away when he would re -treat free of charge. By 7.00pm that night the wasps had almost gone and by the following morning, completely disappeared. I cannot recommend highly enough. Would use again without hesitation.
