Painting and decorating, both interior and exterior. All aspects of paper hanging, coving, dado rails covered. Fascias and guttering cleaned. I have been working in the trade for over 35 years now. I have built up a good customer base and pride myself on being punctual, and giving a detailed estimate of works to be carried out. I can also advise on colours and any other problems you may encounter such as different finishes, or mould (interior and exterior). Both domestic and commercial work undertaken.

This is the second job Nigel has done for me, and it won't be the last - I'm very happy with his work. His charges are fair, he starts when he says he will, he arrives on time, tidies up in the evening, bills exactly what he said he would, and does an excellent job. Nigel did a great job decorating our hall, stairs, landing, lounge, dining room and kitchen. It was a professional job, would use again and would recommend.
Nigel responded very quickly to my request for a quote and came to look soon after. Two areas needed new pieces of wood replaced because the rot had set in but he recommended a joiner who tied in the work with the start date. Communication was easy with the quote by email and what's app for detail. The week of the work coincided with one of the heatwaves which concerned me for his welfare but thankfully there were shaded areas he could start on early. There were several stone sills, four exterior doors, three exterior windows and some waste pipes to prep and paint. All done within the week. I am very pleased with the finish and workmanship.
Am really pleased with Nigel's work, painting my top floor hall, with a very high ceiling, he sorted out and did a lovely patch in wallpaper where old water tank was. The price was very reasonable, all left really clean, and would definitely ask him to come back, so would strongly recommend.
We have used Nigel to do decorating for us before but I was pleased to find out that he is also a trusted trader. Nigel is friendly, kind, punctual and does a brilliant job as well as being a thoroughly nice guy. We have no hesitation to recommend him. He's coming back to do some exterior painting for us later this summer having just painted the woodwork around our gutters. Then we'll get him to start on our inside decorating!
