I needed to find a drainage engineer to resolve a serious blockage at my father's property. I found UK Drainage Ltd via Google - they responded quickly and arranged for an engineer to attend the same afternoon. The blockage was dealt with efficiently and with little disruption and communication was excellent throughout.
The kitchen drain outside was getting blocked and impossible to clear. Searched Trusted Trader and found UK Drainage. Phoned Dave at UK Drainage. He arranged for his team to clear drain and using CCTV it was necessary to excavate and replace kitchen gully. Job was completed quickly and pavers replaced. All waste removed.
We are so impressed with all the team at UK Drainage right from them coming to survey our septic tank, which Dave and Ben came to survey, to the completion of the job. Ben, Sam and Jack where so helpful and accommodating on site, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done according to our wishes. They were with us for almost 2 weeks and did everything in their power to keep the work as un-intrusive as possible, which was difficult as they had to dig up most of the garden to upgrade an old septic tank, but they did it very professionally and made sure there was as little inconvenience as possible. The end result was a septic tank which now meets all the new regulations. We can't praise them enough. well done guys. Thank you all at UK Drainage, keep up the good work.

We are a complex of leasehold flats and have used UK Drainage for 2 separate and unrelated jobs, one very major. We found UKD efficient and reassuring, the personnel pleasant, courteous and helpful and prices reasonable. They attended site when they said they would and completed work within the estimated time. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I have used this company twice now. The first time was for a problem that required specialised equipment and digging up areas outside the house. Work was efficient, timely and of a very high quality. The second time I used them was for a standard drainage problem. On both occasions, they were courteous, quick to respond and costs were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
They responded quickly and provided me with a survey and carried out necessary remedial works. Left the site clean and tidy afterwards. Would recommend.
UK Drainage did a fantastic job in November 2019 fixing a collapsed and blocked surface drain. Their engineers said at the time that the prevailing weather may have adversely affected the concreting. True to their word they came back in June 2020 to release the immovable drain cover, remove the gathered moss and treated the work as paid for within the original job. A great company with even greater customer service! Many thanks Dave and team.
Dave reacted very quickly to have his team come out and Ben and Jamie did a first rate job to dig out and repair broken pipework. Was very concerned that my new patio was going to be wrecked, but they exercised considerable skill to remove stonework and re fit without breaking, even purchasing sand and cement from original builder's merchant to get close match to original pointing. No pressure at any time, excellent communication, and felt relieved to see the job completed and cleaned up.
I found UK Drainage after a national drainage company repeatedly failed to fix a leaking drain. Dave was easy to deal with, very reassuring and provided a quote for the work required just a few hours after the initial visit. The team that completed the work were thorough, friendly and explained exactly what they were doing along the way. If I ever need any drainage work carrying out in the future I will be calling UK Drainage first.
Dave Prior, as head of UK Drainage, instilled confidence - he answered calls or called back quickly, was realistic and helpful and willing to engage on a level that 'ordinary' people/non-experts would understand. When his team arrived at may elderly mother's house to perform their magic, they were courteous, tidy and efficient and the feedback given was excellent not to mention the workmanship! We cannot praise UK Drainage and its personnel highly enough, making it easy for us to solve the problem from our home, about 100 miles north of where my mother lives. Well done Dave and team! We had a problem with a leaking soil connection caused through a bit of rough work by the house build plumbers used at our bungalow. UK drainage came out took photos relayed these back to Dave who discussed options with his team. They came up with a solution that did not mean a big digging job or even a patch lining. A number of their people came out and had a look see and sorted issue; we were kept informed and very professional and skilled at their job. I had rang a few companies but these people seemed to know their job and instilled confidence. Thank you Dave please pass my thanks onto your team.
